I spent one night in this Hotel on a business trip to Enschede. This Hotel is located about 20 mins far from Enschede which was ok for my purpose. I had to book the hotel quite late in the evening but it was not a problem thanks to the friendly and professional reception. Reservation on the phone took less than 20 seconds.
The hotel is located in a nice country side. It is a family hotel but it is quite big and spacious with many facilities which is a surprise for a 3-star hotel. I booked a single room but I received a double room. The room was really spacious and large. The shower and bathroom were recently renovated with high quality material. The room's design was simple but nice and it was equipped with everything. The bed was firm and high quality and the linens were very clean. The hotel were friendly and polite and speak fluent English. The breakfast was not very sophisticated but it was delicious and cozy. The breakfast room was quite spacious and nicely decorated with a good view to the outside.
I don't give this hotel 5 points only for two reasons : 1- My rooms walls were rather thin so I was occasionally hearing some noise from other rooms. 2- I booked a non-smoking room but I could still smell the smoke in the room, possibly coming from the other rooms or through the floors.

Staff was very friendly. Spoke great English very helpful. Room was beautiful and clean. Very happy to of stayed here.not to far of a walk to the old part of town where all the fun is. Breakfast was very good. Lots to choose from.

Arriving late one June evening the host (Brigitte made me some lovely food and drinks) . But so my English lap top could be plugged in, she found 3 extension cables and allowed me to get powered up. Amazing from such a kind lady. Her father served breakfast and invited me to take a free packed lunch. The room was equally nice and clean with all the facilities you could ask for . It is the Ritz BUT it is fits for a king or queen as these folks make you so welcome > You have to experience as it is service with a capital S. Thanks all
