we paid 80euros per night (2 adults and a 4 years old child) 30 euro each one of us and 20 for the child-with discount (-2 euros) we had a private bathroom our friends paid for double room 26 euros each with no private bathroom a wc on the same floor and shower on the upper floor there is wi-fi...

The lady of the house welcomed us very friendly. We booked for the (very large) room with shower and had a fantastic view on the lovely garden In summertime, it must be great to sit there and enjoy. I stayed overnight at this excellent pension / B&B in Zierikzee, in Zeeland (South Netherlands). The owner was very friendly, spoke very good English (like so many Dutch people - quite puts us to shame!), and has a lovely garden in which I had a delightful breakfast. The rooms are basic but perfectly comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. And the price...

this "hotel" is very old, with very old rooms, furniture is from 30years ago,all the decorationis old and i my opinion not very clean, a lot of dust, old dirty carpet. Off course I have to mention that the price was very low also, for these cheap price you can't expect nothing more then what i got.
