Yes, it is a B no B - not a mistake. This guest house is a Bed no breakfast, which I prefer as there are plenty of places to get a good breakfast in Brighton and Hove. The owners of the Regency Lansdowne are very nice and welcoming. The guest house is a great value for money, comfortable, clean place...

Husband and I stayed here for a weekend in Oct whilst visiting some old favourites from when we lived in Brighton a few years ago. Husband had stayed here in late 2006 and had a good experience then, which was a deciding factor in booking this b&b. B&b is clean, tidy and well maintained. Rooms are average size and well...

Such a lovely welcome, room was ready, it was super clean with everything you would want for an inexpensive quiet little haven with sea views. We were made made to feel very special and we will be going back again and again. I have stayed in Hotels in Hove and Brighton before all being somewhat more expensive and on many...

We came to Brighton to visit looking at the potential of moving to the area later on in the year. We were originally meant to be staying in another hotel, but they had double booked, so the owner sent us to this hotel. It was so lovely! A typical Brighton town house, modestly decorated, with convenient facilities and all within...

This is a lovely B&B, we will definitely be staying anytime we are in Brighton. We were made to feel very welcome, Mike the owner even helped us find parking spaces. The room has plenty of drawers and a good wardrobe, amenities were great.

Mike the owner was friendly and welcoming from the start of our stay. Our room was adequately sized and very clean and the breakfast selection was lovely. The location is perfect. Thank you for a good stay, we highly recommend it! Don't expect boutique hotel rooms but a good old fashioned, honest B&B with an owner who welcomes you like...

We stayed here for three nights and we couldn't of asked for more. The B&b was clean, comfortable and at a very good price. It's very close to the beach and a nice 10 min stroll to the centre. Thank you to Mike for his hospitality and we will defiantly be returning :)

My wife and I have stayed at the Regency Lansdowne on numerous occasions and have found it to be a very good guest house run by a friendly welcoming couple. Excellent continental breakfast and the rooms spotlessly clean.

stayed in Hove overnight for a birthday party. Two bar Kitkat in the really small, top floor bedroom was a nice touch, but really disappointing breakfast for the price. I have never before been asked whether i would like one or two slices of toast, which then turned out to be the only warm/ heated bit of the breakfast.

Always stay here when in Brighton and wouldn't ever think of staying anywhere else. Comfortable, clean and warm rooms. The owners are very welcoming and genuinely nice people. I realise that I am shooting myself in the foot by encouraging others to stay but anything less than a good review wouldn't be right.

“All the rooms are great, light and airy, and there is a lift, for luggage only. If you have one that doesn't have an en suite shower, the one two steps away is marvelous and I never encountered another guest or had to wait.”
