We chose the Salford Hall as we prefer a hotel with character - and we were not let down! What a wonderful building, steeped in history. Our short stay was very relaxing and welcoming, especially sitting by the fire in the reception. Breakfast was great, as was the bar food and the restaurant meals were amazing. The staff were all...

Returned once more to Salford Hall. Thank you for making us so welcome. Fabulous Tudor building full of character and charms. Excellent customer service. Efficient booking in at the reception. Lovely to meet staff just like old friends. Our room in the main house No 14, provided everything you need and a cosy 4 poster bed. The evening was a...

My fiancé and I spent an incredible evening at Salford for a valentine jazz event. The staff are so friendly here and they can't do enough for you, this evening was no exception. The menu was full of things we would never normally try but just about the best meal ever tasted. The chef is incredibly talented and obviously knows...

My wife and I stayed for a week at the Salford Hall Hotel from 9 - 16 February 2017 on a half-board basis and were absolutely delighted with the accommodation and the service we received. We were upgraded to a beautiful Tudor style beamed, four-poster room, (Room 12), which was allegedly haunted and spent the first night waiting for the...

Booked hotel at least a month in advance through Best Western direct but booked dinner direct with hotel for Valentine's night. We luckily arrived early at the hotel as they had no record of our reservation (good job I had a confirmation print out). Receptionist as most apologetic and arranged an up grade to our room which was excellent and...

Stated here on a voucher and wasn't disappointed. The hotel is set on the outskirts of Evesham and within easy access of Stratford upon avon which is what we wanted. The room was very spacious and clean and the hotel itself was very quirky with lots of period features. The staff were very helpful and the food, although not cheep...

So good came back a second time. Well placed for visiting Stratford. Rooms in the stable block good size, just a little noise from surrounding rooms. Food excellent, ate in bar but options to eat in dining room also.

We have just spent the weekend here and it was fabulous, if you want to stay somewhere full of character with excellent service then you have to stay here. I've stayed in this hotel many times and it's got a variety of different styles of rooms. It's quite quaint and does attract the blue rinse brigade in the summer. Very attractive building and garden. Annex not quite so appealing and avoid the room next to the boiler! It's mostly quiet and a reasonable breakfast. Good value.
