This is a great place to relax out of the city. They have a lot of thermal pools thru out the property. The views are amazing. Food was ok and service also was good. They have an spectacular presidential suite.
Big thermal hotel, geared towards events, weddings etc. Room was cold, showers too. The cabins looked nice from outside but were not well heated. Specially the bathroom! The restaurant was good, but again not properly heated.
It all starts with the people. Very friendly, not too many, but a few were successful in various positions: Concierge, Waiter, etc. We stayed in a mini-suite, spacious, big room, with 2 bathrooms, one very nice with a crystal view shower, a not so comfortable...More
It is totally worth staying in a private cabin! Walking the estate, the little church was so nice! We did not get to go but Nevado del Ruiz and a Water Park are a short distance from this very nice hotel. The thermal pools are...More
Loved these thermals. Fourth time I have visited them. First time we booked a cabin with private tub piped directly to thermals. Loved the place. Difficult to find but well worth the trip. Will definetly go again.
