We had a studio unit, only 15 m2 but had every item we required. Appeared to be recently redecorated, absolutely spotless, very helpful and courteous french staff on reception. Would highly recommend this to travelers.

Stayed in the hostel accommodation, nice room, clean, with a tv on the wall. Large shared kitchen and outdoor terrace area with picnic tables. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Only negative was there was very poor wifi signal, not worth $5 for 24 hours, although it is the only wifi you can get in the area, local pubs etc don't...

Neat little challet style motel. Nice room, with double and singe bed. Kitchen facilities. Small but complete bathroom. Very welcoming receptionist. You need to go up three steps to get to the rooms, so some may have problems with access.

We really enjoyed staying here. They were kind enough to give us an upstairs , easily accessible room with a view. My friend does not get around well. The room was clean, light and airy with a balcony to sit and enjoy the bay view.. It was only a 5 minute stroll from the town which has some fantastic eating...

From the outside - wooden cabins, fishing-village-type set-up. On the inside - Wow! A very good price for a very comfortable two nights. Not in the centre of Coromandel - but a really lovely stroll for those who don't mind a nice, 10-minute walk. Reception very helpful. Very clean and definitely not budget accommodation - but for a very reasonable...

Nice rooms, comfy, but the spa leaked, and no one came to fix it. -.- Disappointed. Me and my friends had fun with the free pool. The value was okay, but could be very improved. Long way to go to be disappointed.

We were originally booked for 1 night but ended up staying at this motel for 2 nights because there is so much to do around Coromandel. We couldn't believe how clean this place was. We had a wonderful night sleep, probably the one of the best in days. Another bonus of staying at Anchor Lodge is the glo worm cave...

Our stay in coromondel was itself a breathtaking experience. The coastal beauty of the place sweeps you of the ground. Of all the hotels/lodges we stayed at during our stay in NZ. Coromondel is the closest to our hearts. The lodge was run by few people, the were very helpful. We got wifi connection unlimited download for as cheap as...

We stayed in a double room in the backpacker hostel. Our room had a lot of dust and cobwebs & a spider. We spoke to reception and we were moved to another room so great service there. Our room was nice & comfortable with a TV. Although the walls are pretty thin. We found the whole hostel to be pretty...
