A wonderful stay with charming hosts. It was the little extras, like roses in your room, advice on local attractions and places to eat, that made it very special. The more than ample breakfasts, either cooked or continental were delicious, and set us up for the day. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. From Brenda & Jan.

We stayed for a night on a very brief visit to Coromandel. The room was comfortable, the bathroom quite large. Breakfast had a nice mix of fruit, fresh Croissants and toast. We had a sea side view were we saw the sunset over the mangroves. It is a bit of a hike into town, so we decided to drive in.

Thanks Dubster, glad you enjoyed your night's stay, we are a 2-3 minute drive into Town, general feedback is, that it's worth it to enjoy the large property & the privacy that goes with that. The CMK Restaurant is only a 500 metre walk, but I understand that you wanted to head into Town... Thanks again, Regards, Anne & Peter

We stayed for 2 nights at Mangrove Manor. We had an upstairs room which was very hot the first night. The fan in the room did little to help. However, the room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The second night, the room was quite comfortable. The hosts were gracious about setting up an early breakfast for us...

Many Thanks Lynn, you'll be pleased to know, the ceiling fan was installed the following day, and has made a huge difference.. I could see that you were struggling with the heat, it was only 25degrees but we were not getting any breeze...hope you arrived in plenty of time for your flight back to Iowa. Kind Regards, Anne & Peter

Very pleasant and extremely helpful owners who make you feel as home. Our grand floor room was beatuful, although not spacious. Nice bathroom. Whole housle is beautiful with stunning garden where you can spend your free time. The only disadvantage is its location in the middle of nowhere, with no nice beach close and outside the town, you have to...

Thanks Adela, glad you enjoyed your stay & the house & gardens. We are 2.4 km from Town which is listed on the Website, it is a 2-3 minute drive, unfortunately due to you arriving at 8.30pm , our local restaurant 500metres away, had just closed the kitchen, does pay to arrive a little earlier in Coromandel if you want...

Very good first night. Anne and Peter were great host. Anne's homemade bread and yogurt were excellent as was the "CHEF's" breakfast. I would recommend taking the time to visit with the CHEF - good conversation.

Friendly and helpful hosts. Nice home with lovely gardens and outlook. Our downstairs room was a little on the small side but we took this by choice due to the lovely big super king bed in it and we were very comfortable. Nice big bathroom. Plenty of privacy. Nice dining and lounge area for guests. Great breakfast provided. Very short...

The house is very beautiful and comfortable! The room was very nice and the bed was perfect! The bathroom was also great. And that's just the beginning! I can't say enough about how amazing Peter and Ann were. From the very moment I arrived, they made me feel at home. The morning breakfast had more than one could ever need...

Anne and Peter were excellent hosts and cooked a great breakfast. We were most impressed with Anne's concerns to the extent she called us during a heavy rain storm to advise us of current road conditions. If you wish great accommodations at a reasonable price, look no further.

Peter and Ann were gracious and observant hosts. The property is warm and inviting. The rooms are spacious with good sized modern baths. Breakfast included hot dishes and homemade bread and jams. Good conversation and ideas for restaurants and area highlights. Will return Roger Thomas MD
