We arrived in low season on the last day the hotel was open until mid December. You would think the staff would be inattentive and breakfast would be the dreads left over in the fridge, well it was exactly the OPPOSITE. The were wonderful, breakfast was loaded with many options: cheese, fruit, buns, butter, meats, eggs, and the list goes... More

In the centre of Barga, we had a fantastic experience, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always had a smile and a laugh with us. The room was very clean and there was plenty of choice for breakfast, the best part of the hotel was the roof top jacuzzi, looking... More

Barga is definitively worth the detour! Very good hotel with nice rooms. Located within walking distance of this gem in Tuscany. Do not miss the rooftop terrace (with Jacuzzi) which offers fantastic views over the very nice and authentic village!

Stayed here for the second time recently and again the stay was excellent. The staff are so friendly and can't help you enough from the moment you walk through the door. The rooms are spotless and have amazing views of the old town and countryside. You could never tire of the amazing view from the hot tub up to the... More

Although the rooms are modest in size they are clean and comfortable. No air conditioning though, but a fan was provided. The roof terrace affords superb views and is comfortable to lounge in sun or shade. Breakfasts are wholesome and generous. The staff are efficient, welcoming and friendly. A pleasure to stay here in this quiet but convenient location.

An excellent Hotel at a reasonable price. Rooms were spotless and staff very friendly and efficient. Small car park at front of Hotel and a large public car park a few yards from Hotel. Easy walking distance to town centre and old town. Breakfast was good value at 4 euro. Unfortunately there was no air con in the bedrooms although... More

So far,our best spot on our small mission around tuscany. Fresh fruit for breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, great walking trails and beautiful old town with very few tourists. The town is built on a hill, so lots of stairs walking through. Very disappointed we only stayed one day.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The people that manages the hotel are really nice and professional. Also the rooms are organized and clean. It has a top terrace with an amazing panorama. A great place to enjoy some drinks while the sun goes down. What I loved the most is that we were able to walk to the old... More
