This hotel is accomadating, and very near to the surfing islands. The staff are amongst some of the friendliest I have ever met. It is unfortunate that there restaraunt is kind of run down and only serves breakfast. It would be really nice if the hotel rented motorcycles as well. There is certainly a market for that.

Surfmaid is overlooking the surfing area. The hotel has a direct access to the beach which is very convenient to the guest and if u have a surfboard. The hotel is also near restaurants and places where you can relax. They have a very friendly staff too!

I stayed here 2 nights. It was great. I arrived at 11:00 and they allowed me to check in early. I was able to negotiate a cheaper price for a room with a balcony because they price matched. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing was my shower leaked quite badly and the restaurant was closed for 'renovations'...

Nice place for visit- in this off season, they upgraded our room from VIP to VIP w/ balcony, without additional charge. People at reception are pleasant to be with. Wanna visit again when I want to surf at La union~

Our stay here was very quiet and peaceful. There weren't a lot of people, guessing it wasn't peak season. We just really wanted to go on a spontaneous road trip and ended up at this place. It wasn't so bad. The sunset was spectacular and just right across our terrace. The food was good and it was fun hanging out...

The resort offers a 10-15 min walk away from the hub of board rental places, and the rows of other inns/hotels, quiet and tranquil because of this. The facilities are okay, the room is spacious, but the shower is bad - and not adjustable - very little water comes out of it. Very limited water supply, at one point my...

We were not there to surf, but to rest at have a holiday being a part of the Phillipine culture...

Well its an old hotel, no complimentary breakfast just the room. My wife and I stayed in room 9, its located at the 3rd floor. The room was big but the downside of it was the aircon can't support the room size we requested for a fan, good thing they had an extra fan we could use. However the bathroom...

(April 1, 2015) We stayed here just before Holy Week where it usually gets busy. And unlike the neighboring hotels, Little Surfmaid is a bit quiet and empty, which is good on our part as we are trying to get away from the noise and crowd anyway and are not interested in surfing. The place in general needs a little...

We stayed at the resort for three weeks in January, and loved every minute of it: the location, the room with a view directly to the ocean and to the surfers, and the extremely friendly and service minded staff. As Danes we can testify to the high quality of the restaurant’s “frikadeller” – a traditional Danish dish. The kitchen also...
