I turned up, got my key and the rest was left to me... the Park was more worn out than me... the bathroom light didn't work... the modular furniture is tired... there was no discernible wifi in the room... but the bedding was clean and fresh... it...

The staff were excellent and were so helpful. The food was hot and loads of it and the service was excellent. It was great value and in a lovely location. We will visit again next Christmas Day. I highly recommend. I cannot comment on the hotel rooms as we were only day visitors.

Visited the park hotel for a drink, got turned down for food and also got called names by the staff behind my back, which i was very devastated about as the staff seemed nice at first. The toilets are terrible, not very hygienic for a hotel, i would highly advise anyone willing to go here to not.

I attended a family wedding here on the 3rd December 2016 and I am so disgusted by the extremely unprofessional service the staff provided. Guests were ushered out of the hotel to walk around in the cold and wet to the ceremony room. The announcements for the speeches and cake cutting were treated with no respect ( in as much...

Serving staff a bit miserable and didn't seem happy to be there. Band good, dj not good and slightly "weird". Most people left very early and we didn't stay 'till the end. On the...
