This was our favorite B & B in Scotland . Kareen was a wonderful host , welcoming and fun. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed . The breakfast was incredibly good and the porridge was fantastic . If you are in Glencoe , you must stay at Lios Mhoire you will not be disappointed

We had a fantastic stay in Lios Mhoire B&B - just wish it was longer! We stayed for one night in a large, spotless and inviting double room with a generously sized ensuite bathroom. Glencoe is beautiful and the B&B is perfectly place for exploring the area and seeing the scenery. Kareen was a fantastic host - welcoming, friendly and...

Having just spent three days at Kareens I can say its the best B&B you will find anywhere. She is the perfect hostess and nothing is too much trouble for her. The breakfast is superb and cooked to perfection. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have good views especially over the loch. If you get up early, stand on the...

Kareen, my host is a lovely person and wonderful host. She blow dried my hair and we shared Prosecco together before the wedding I was going to. She really makes people feel welcome and shows a genuine interest in everyone. My room was lovely and excellent breakfasts.

we travelled for two weeks throughout Scotland and this was our favourite B&B! Kareen was a wonderful host - warm, welcoming and fun. The room was lovely, spacious and well-equipped. She even provided a separate room for our daughter who was supposed to share with us. Breakfast was by far the best we had in the two week stay. If...

We spent 2 nights here on a long weekend's walking trip and used Lios Mhoire as an overspill as the Clachaig Inn was too full for all our party. My friend Jock and I landed on our feet staying here. We arrived on the wettest, windiest day you can imagine and the warmth of Kareen's welcome soon made us forget...

Kareen is a wonderful host. She is one of the official stops for expedition companies for hikers to spend the night. She has boot scrapers outside the front door and drying racks in the foyer. She is knowledgeable about trails and can make good suggestions. There is also a good library if you have time to make use of it....

Kareen is an absolute superb host and went to any length to make sure our stay was comfortable - driving us to the pub, delicious breakfasts, homemade baked goods and even a glass of wine :) The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed watching DVDs from her large collection downstairs. I wouldn't hesitate for a second in...

Lios Mhoire was a great place to stay during our walk along the West Highland Way. Situated just a stone's throw from the bus stop it was perfect for our weary legs! Our room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. There was plentiful hot water (not a feature of all our accommodations during the trip!) and a...
