I was unable to stay at the hotel due to visa delays. I contacted the hotel and spoke with Nadeem Jaradat, who made sure that I wasn't charged for the stay and put my mind at ease. I was worried and Nadeem made everything ok. I have no doubt that the next time I am in Irbid, I will stay at 7 Days. Thanks Nadeem.

Solid 3 star hotel by the university. Clean, comfortable and quiet room was exactly what I wanted needed. There is a restaurant on the seventh floor which also has a lounge where you can smoke sheesha. The hotel has dedicated parking which in Irbid is priceless as parking is very difficult in this city.

The hotel is centrally located and can be easily accessed by public transportation. I believe the place is the most important for the hotel, as the service is just like other neighbouring hotels. If you want to stay at Yarmouk University area for 2-3 days, and want to be close and walk as less as possible, then it's your best option available.

This is well located right near the buzzy university area. Fairly priced at 50jd for a double room for one night we asked for a quiet room on the 6th floor not facing the street and the manager obliged. Good plain white sheets and clean tiles in bedroom and bathroom with minibar and tv and good curtains. You will feel safe here as we did everywhere in Jordan and people are so friendly and kind. Great meal we had in the al joule garden restaurant and a fabulous baba crepe at WOFL pancake crepe place just around the corner.

Stayed here last week, have stayed previously since it’s the best option in this city and in close proximity to my customers. Basic rooms and decor, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Try their restaurant on the 7th floor, pricey but very good— for local Jordanian food. Their breakfast buffet is also good. The front desk are a helpful polite bunch, especially ‘Ayman’ who was super helpful and went out of his way to assist me. Will definitely return.

Not a bad option if you are planning to explore the west around Umm Quais. Rooms are okay but a touch pricey for the quality. There are lots of restaurants nearby. There is no need to be downtown. Breakfast is included and is reasonable. If you are travelling to be out on the Saturday morning, you can be up early for a short drive to Umm Quais.

Here's some valuable review pointers for those looking to stay at this hotel. Location: the hotel is conveniently located center of the University Street in Irbid, Jordan with abundant taxis and restaurants near by. Room: Are clean and offer modest accommodations with a bedroom with your choice of bed size, a living room with TV/Satellite. No safe available. Bathroom: Below modest accommodation with very small shower that offers good water pressure and heated water. Vanity mirror is loosely hung and can pose potential danger if loosens and falls. Hotel should pay attention to details. Patch work is prevalent. Food: The hotel offers a restaurant on the 7th floor with all you can eat buffet. I tried the included Suhoor buffer offered from 1-3 am during the month of Ramadan, which I found to be delightful and tasty. I also tried the Eftar buffet offered from 8-10 pm. The food was very good with the glaring exception of the rice offered with the lamb, it tasted foul and was not edible. Everything else was great. The cost for the meal at 13 JD per person is by far too expensive. Room Service: The hotel does not offer automatic room cleaning service unless requested. Apparently to maintain control over possible theft, hotel request quests to make the request daily. Do not assume they will perform a complete room cleaning service. You have to be explicit with your request (i.e. change of towels, pick up trash, replace toilet paper and tissues, refill Coffee/Tea station, etc...). Pool: This hotel offers an inground pool on the 3rd floor. The lobby on the 3rd floor tends to get muggy from the pool. Wifi: Just awful. Spotty service was available first few days and absolutely nothing for next 5 days. Finally after repeated complaints, service came back last 2 days. This hotel need to improve on this tremendously. Staff: Always friendly and smiling. Cost: 40-45 JD per night is on the high end considering some of the shortfalls listed above. Paying this much should be accommodated with consistant and fast wifi, exceptional room service, and more price friendly meal menu. Overall: a decent accommodated with room for improvements. A rating of 6.5 of 10 is warranted.

Solid 3 on a scale of 1 to 5. Location is fantastic for cafes, restaurants, and the nearby University. Free parking directly in front of the hotel on a blocked off part of the street. Parking area monitored 24 7 by hotel staff. Very friendly front desk staff and all employees helpful. Room was reasonably comfortable. Air conditioning work fantastically. I was in a two bedroom suite. Very spacious. Cable TV with hundreds of channels including American and British news channels in English. Medium fast Wi-Fi. Areas meeting improvement: 1. Swimming pool closes at 4 p.m. This makes the pool useless for hotel guests. 2. Cigarette smoke, cigarette smoke, cigarette smoke. All public areas smell strongly of cigarette smoke. I was in a non-smoking room, but you can still smell the smoke blowing in from the hallway. 3. Security is questionable. Only one key card for the room. But the front desk holds a master key that opens all rooms. If an evil doer wanted to gain access to every room they need only overcome the front desk and take the master key card. Room key cards are obviously not reprogrammed between guests. If a guest were able to duplicate a key card they could return later and gain entry to the room. Overall I was pleased with my stay here. Originally intended one night but extended to 2. The people in it a bid are fantastic. Everyone is friendly, and the city is perfectly safe. Irbid is in extremely dirty. There is much trash on the ground around the city. But, the city is full of life and quite an interesting place to visit. If you are coming to irbid I recommend you stay at this hotel.

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed it. The rooms, depending on which you get, are very spacious, with a sleeping area and a separate greeting room, some have a kind of kitchen and fridge as well. Reasonably priced and located near the university, this is an area of town with a mall and numerous places to eat and relax with nargillah. There is a nice coffee shop across the street and an Indian restaurant down the road. The staff provide maps and can help order a taxi to nearby locations. The restaurant on floor seven has beautifl views of the city and has dinner and nargillah at night, they also will put on sports games. The food is decent, but nothing special. The staff of the restaurant is a bit lost in their own throughts. But as for accomidation, it is great. They have a sauna and pool as well on lower floors. It is good for business, or for a stop-over on vacation to see northern Jordan. There is wi-fi in the hotel, but a bit weak in the sleeping rooms.
