I was living at hotel for two months from 23rd of September 2019 till 25th of November 2019. The location perfect, in the center next to Northen gate of Yarmouk University. Next to the hotel you can find currency exchange, shop that working 24 hours, a lot of shops for food and souvenirs, restaurants, cafe shops. The hotel is clean. The staff very friendly, polite, helpful. The rooms are very spacious with living room, bed room, kitchen and bathroom. There are wifi in the rooms. Recomend.
This was my replacement hotel when my hotel reserved for 2 months canceled the reservation the day before my arrival. I had read reviews of all hotels near the university and picked another as being the best value based on the benefits and the quality of the reviews. The Nahas Plaza cost an extra 20 JOD (about $27 more) for my 2-night stay. It is an “apartment hotel.” It has a living room, a kitchen, a bath, and a bedroom. It is quite roomy. The staff downstairs were great both when checking me in and when helping me with a problem that came up. The WiFi is some of the best I have had in 6 weeks within the Middle East with download and upload speeds of 30 Mbps. But that is when no one else is sharing; it does slow down at popular times to be online and occasionally disconnects then reconnects. Also, it blocks phone calls on WhatsApp. The TV has Aljazeera news in English and French TV news in English and VOA in English text--no BBC or CNN. The suite is a bit worn meaning that the furniture has gotten knicks and scratches over time, the walls near the bedroom window were damaged from seeping water, the cushions on the living room furniture were worn and a bit stained. The bedroom windows did not close properly, so there was noise seepage around them. The kitchen is a bit strange--cabinets, countertops, and a sink with no dishes, no microwave, no cook top. It does have a mini-fridge and an electric kettle with a supply of tea bags and instant coffee packets. Also strange is the fact that the bathroom door is behind the opened kitchen door which requires some maneuvering to enter it. The breakfast is acceptable (hummus, foul, cheese, sliced meat, boiled eggs, pita bread, white bread, jam, butter, corn flakes, pastry or cake, coffee and tea), but it was not ready at 7:30 either of the mornings I was there (and I was needing to be at bus stations as early as possible both mornings). The location is great. I walked to the Clock Tower area for a museum, from the Southern Bus Station, to/from the Northern Bus Station, and to the Western Bus Station. Nearby are lots of restaurants and the campus of Yarmouk University which houses a good museum.…
the place is old ,not well maintained . ordinary service. the place next to crowdy street where you can hear noise of cars' horns all the days. the price is high according to the accommdiation. old furniture with tinny toilet with bad odors.kittee kitchen not well equipped(no forks l,no spoon and no dishes )
I have been in irbid for 4 days now, this hotel is clean and the stuff are very helpful and friendly, it is near some important street I guess and sometimes at night you can't sleep fast because of the cars outside, my family and I took the royal room and it includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms with one living room and kitchen. I guess this is one of the best hotels in irbid.
Perfect location in irbid , professional staff and good hospitality , the room was clean and the breakfast was served to the room no extra charge which is unusul in other hotels. I booked the royal suit , it has a wonderful city view. .
I had one of worst nights in the nahas hotel , it was agreed to have special decoration and a special meal for grooms , unfortunately non of the agreed done and we slept without eating , no fresh water for drinking was available , bathroom not clean. Mangemnt apologies were not professional and they care for mony only
Don't put Western-style hotels as your reference for comparison. In reference to other hotels in the area, this place is great! super clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, free breakfast, convenient location. The rooms are actually suites, with a small living room and kitchenette. If you want anything for your room ( change bed sheets, more towels, etc), just inform the reception and they will come right away. Else they won't enter your room (part of their privacy policy I think). It is a bit noisy outside, as the hotel is located at a busy street, but other places in Irbid also have the same issue. So closing the windows and sleeping after 11 pm are the best advice I can give. Overall, I will go again especially because the staff is friendly and would go beyond to accommodate your needs.…
