The rooms are clean and very spacious. Full kitchens makes it great for families. Beautiful view. However, it is much more run down then the website makes you thing. It's a decent place for it's price.

This was absolutely the best, most romantic getaway I've ever had! He says, " Trust me, it's not just fishing, it's romantic too!" I was sceptical until i spent a few nights at Silver Lake Resort!! We plan to get married here someday!!!!!! The staff is super accommodating, the fishing was fun and easy, and the campfire was cozy and... More

We needed a place to stay so we could do the tourist thing with our two kids and our two fur babies, We picked the right spot! We got a small little cabin. The kids enjoyed the park and walking by the water. At night we had a little camp fire right outside our cabin. Convenient and nice. Almost felt... More

Once again, Silver Lake Resort has become our go-to destination for a trip we will surely remember. The fishing was again fantastic, the scenery on and around the lake is incredible, and the staff is simply the best! This place is like our second home. I come here quite often and when I read the reviews that are less than... More

There are really great things about this place. The first is the people, both those who work there and those "regulars" who come around to fish. One such fellow, John, spent great deal of time helping my son (9years old) figure out how to best fish there. My son caught a number of fish and he was in heaven. there... More

This is a real review, be warned, do not stay here. I got tricked into believing the 4/5 avg on TA. We stayed the last week in July, 2015. The only Positive-distant views of mt St. Helens...that's it. I don't know how this is 4/5 on TA--the owner must be paying for positive reviews. I was expecting a mom and... More

Hello ArtsNCraftsFans, We are really sorry that you had such a bad vacation, and that we were part of that time. There are many topics you touched on here and I will try to answer a few of them. The Screen door, is a challenge. Unfortunately they are a custom size and when they get bent we have to order... More

We stayed at Silver Lake on our first visit to Mt. Saint Helens. The staff is very friendly and the location on the lake is perfect. We stayed in cabin 11 - is was clean and comfortable - nothing fancy, but as you would expect from an older, lake resort. What we appreciated the most, was how quiet everyone was... More

Tent sites are right next to the HWY. Noisy with traffic & log trucks all day & nite. Water very shallow you could almost walk across lake. Don't bring a ski or wakeboard boat to many obstacles in shallow water. If you have a small fishing boat fine. Some Blue Gill & Croppy possibly some Bass over by Lilly Pads.... More
