Just returned from 2 night Winter Dinner Bed and Breakfast deal. You could not wish for a warmer welcome from the moment you step through the door. The air of the whole place is one of calm, warm efficiency, with eclectic style, there are nooks and crannies around every turn, from the the three area dining room to the barn...

Stayed here for a couple of nights. The room was comfortable and warm, with tea making facilities and fresh milk available just outside the room. The staff were all relaxed, friendly and efficient which made us feel really welcome. We ate both nights at the Olive Branch and all the food was excellent. There is a good choice on the menu...

Stayed the night after dinner at the Olive Branch. Only people in, so we were upgraded to 'Double Cream' room at no charge. Lovely premises, warm and luxurious. Comfortable bed and choice of roll top bath or rain shower.

Arrived for an overnight stay as we had booked dinner at The Olive Branch that evening. Checked in at The Olive Branch (which is on the other side of the road in this quiet village location) and were shown to our accommodation by welcoming and helpful staff. The room was clean, and beautifully decorated with a high standard of fixtures...

......just go - and enjoy yourself. Very good food, attentive service, old world pub, comfortable and quiet. I've eaten in hundreds of pubs across the uk, this one is top tier without doubt. Wine list appropriate, prices likewise.

My husband and I visit the Olive Branch for our anniversary almost every year, in fact we spent the 2 days after our wedding here. We normally choose the chocolate sweet as it is separate to the main house, but the biscuit suite is also lovely. Last year we felt the price didn't reflect the experience as I don't think...

Stayed two nights in Berry Room, quiet, warm, very comfortable bed (particularly good linen) and nice to have extra dressing room area with day bed. Great deep bath but over bath shower pressure weak. They provided a bed and food and water bowls for our dog. Magazines and leaflets on local attractions in the room, and nice touches like umbrellas...

We stayed one night at the end of September. while the room was comfortable I felt that at £195 for one night it was grossly overpriced. Breakfast was served at the Olive Branch and I was surprised to find that the egg and bacon en croute was in fact just egg and bacon on toast.

We broke a long drive up the length of the country with a night here and it was an excellent stay. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff at the pub and taken to our room (Berry) which was in the house across the road. This was a delightful room with a very comfortable bed, good linen and a...
