I could start by saying William and the chef were wonderful On the other hand the second girl was unpleasant ..so fake with her smile specially when one morning she was offering omelette for breakfast and I requested just a simple fried eggs for my daughter her answer " well I see if it is possible "" I said how hard it is to have a fried egg?. She made us feel uncomfortable the rest of the time. The rest of the feedback is directed to the owners of the chalet: We had a big room with our two kids but it was the top of the chalet and my kids had to sleep under a ceiling in which kept begging their head..twice my kids really hurt themselves. The room was advertised as having your own balcony false advertising it was a balcony you share with people next door really annoying. The wine served was cheap and disgusting. Within 4 days they served pork...so boring I did not like the food at all. We had to get our own breakfast and on the 3rd night we gave up on the diner we ate outside...this was not making us happy due to the amount of money we had to pay. The room and bathroom were were very clean but they needed to be cleaned at least on the middle of the stay . instead the room was full of dust really not pleasant. The dining area is soooo small squeezing 25 people in 10 meter square against a wall seated on a long bench so if you were in the middle one side of the bench you had to ask to all the people seated on one side to stand up to let you pass since everyone was having breakfast not a the same time ...this was truly inconvenient. The WiFi was extremely poor I did read it on the feedback from other people how this was disappointing that nothing was done when we got there. Noise ...we can hear the other room..but lucky we had quite people staying in the chalet. At the end we were happy to leave this place and I do not recommend at all this place. I am happy to speak to the owner and I am thinking of caling them...because we wasted our money in something it did not reflect the promise on the advertising. We have investigated in town you could pay little more for so much better quality service and quality. At least we have enjoyed our ski days!!! …

Best Ski trip ever Good clean chalet, pampered by hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for hosts. We paid the same ammount that self catering cost at most places. Longest ski runs I've ever seen .. snow was great Couldn't praise any more highly (And I'm fussy!) Feel free to email me for further info - jason@pitcher.freeserve.co.uk
