Fantastic experience, would definitely recommend to others. Best part was a late check out so I was able to have a 3 hour ski session in the morning and leave the flat at 1 pm. The flat c110 had 2 full size bedrooms withone bathroom and an en-suite shower. Very very comfortable. Peaceful setting, you don’t hear any noise from the other apartments. The spa area was absolutely fantastic, it tends to get busy in the afternoon however me and my friend went at 7:45 for an hour and enjoyed a private pool sauna jacuzzi and steam room, oh what a relaxing experience!! The management went out of their way to make our vacation as pleasant as possible. We arrived midday and our apartment wasn’t ready yet, no problem the manager watched our suitcases and told us to go exploring the village, so we went to hire our ski equipment and passes, a short while later the receptionist called us to to let us know the flat is ready. This was the welcome and lasted till our departure, always ensuring we are comfortable. Thanks to the manageres and her team!!…

Lovely staff, great facilities. Really close to the centre. Les Carroz is a beautiful village and the welcome on a Sunday evening in the town square is lovely. The buses up to the bubble are frequent but can be full at peak times.

Had a fabulous time in Les Carroz and the Grande Massif.Couldn't have asked for more from the Pierre et Vacance accommodation and staff were just the best! Location is spot on for ski bus and the village centre with easy access to shops and restaurants.

This is quite a good residence but not as good as the photos make it look. We had 5 in an apartment for 6 and it was still too small. It would have been jsut big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Pool/Spa facilities are good but nowhere near the quality you get in Austrian hotels

Water in jacuzzi is cold. It's an ongoing problem for a long time, you can see from older reviews. I will delete this review if it's fixed or if it's something that can't be fixed. Shuttle to ski is next to reception. Supermarket is next to reception. Rooms are traditional French ski rooms, which are great for me. Lobby has many games for adults / kids.

Great accommodation very close to the centre of Lez Carroz, perfect for a long weekend skiing with the kids. Only 50 mins from Geneva airport. We were arriving out of reception hours and had been pre contacted by reception with clear instruction for our arrival, staff were very helpful and welcoming and we were able to sort a late check out at 6pm on the last day so we were able to ski the full day and shower, change and pack before leaving for the airport. As a family we used the pool and Spa area each evening and the kids loved the ice rink located right next door to the accommodation. Having the supermarket next door is also great for fresh pastries in the morning.

Stayed with family, comfortable clean and quiet appartment with kitchenette and electric devices. Overall very good experience (a bit expensive though, but is was New Year's Eve, so...). Staff was very pleasant and helpfull with any need/question. Free skibus in front of the building, just perfect. Only thing that bothered us : the pool dressing areas, not clean, people coming in with boots/shoes !

The WORSE place ever !!!!!! Although the photos look promising, the place is a slam , it’s stinks from mold and cigarettes . People around are very loud and you can’t fall asleep before 2 AM .The 2 bedrooms apartment is so small , you can’t even sit and enjoy comfortably. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Great apartments with swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna etc. The location is excellent in the centre of the village with a supermarket next door and plenty of bars and restaurants. The staff were wonderful, so helpful and polite.
