From the outside everything looked fine - recent build, reasonable view etc. When I checked in I even thought I was getting a themed room! (Then I found it was 'Arran B' and not R&B!) Anyhow, the room turned out to be a real let down - the sink was minute with a well-won key tap, presumably due to guests... More

We booked in for one night and was taken back how nice this place was. The rooms were lovely and clean and the bar and restaurant was excellent. The grounds were well maintained around the hotel. The food menu was nice and the food was great. The staff was also very pleasant.

We had a large room (Executive Double) with a comfortable bed and a good size bathroom. Although the hot water for the shower seemed to be pumped around the building, the heating comprised an electric towel rail in the bathroom and a fan heater in the bedroom. There was no thermostat on the heater, only numbers on the on-off switch,... More

Excellent location if you're travelling North/South. Loads of parking. Decent, comfy rooms apart from the pillows which were overly soft. Staff could be friendlier - only a young chap (waiter) and the cleaning staff were genuinely friendly. Problem with payment - they had no record of my payment despite this being paid 3 weeks earlier. Believe this to be a... More

Booked the hotel as it was a good spot for a break in a long journey and handy for the main route home. We had an executive room which was very nice. We had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the meal and also breakfast the following morning. Can't fault anything really but it was a bit expensive compared to... More

I have stayed at the Radstone hotels on several occasions now. Great stop great rooms. Food is of good standard . Ideal location as it is just off the motorway for traveling either north or south . Reception staff very friendly . Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that some rooms not all are a little noisy..but overall... More

Stayed here on business for one night. Was given a suite and it was stunning. Large living room with 2 sofa's, large TV, desk. Separate sleeping area with large bed and a really good bathroom. Had dinner and breakfast both of which were very good and the staff were really friendly.

Great menu with plenty of choice. Good size portions and very reasonable price. The lasagne was fantastic and took a bit of time to get through it as there was so much. We will certainly go back again.
