The staff at this hotel were very pleasant, friendly and helpful, and there was plenty of car parking space. However, we had booked a twin room, as stated on our booking confirmation, and had even added an extra note stressing that we needed a twin not a double as we were mother and daughter rather than a couple; but we...

Absolutely shocking service. Food was terrible given lamb instead of beef both were tough. Had to wait 20 mins for the table and we asked 3 times if it was ready. Managers rude to staff and customers. Only 3 chairs on a table meant to be set for 4. Kids meals were brought after starters despite being promised to come...

One of our monthly weekend breaks. This one is nice and local to us. Upgraded to a four poster bedroom for £70 for the night in what looked like the converted stable block. The room was pleasantly decorated and with lovely countryside views. The four poster proved a good sleep but both me and MrsD banged our heads a couple...

The room ( converted old stables) was first class, a very large and comfortable double bed, all the usual facilities, couldn't have asked for better. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. The food was unbeatable, I take my hat off to the chef ( a lady I believe ) everything was perfect.

Friday night out with great friends in a cozy setting. We have often visited The Royal Arms and have never in recent years been disappointed. It wasn't until we saw the new furnishings and decor of the restaurant that we realised it had been time for a change. The seating is much more intimate and comfortable and the whole place...

The hotel has an ideal location; our room was in a separate, single storey block from the main building and looked out over fields which was nice to wake up to. It's just down the road from the Bosworth battle field visitor centre. The food was fantastic and there was a great wine selection. Staff are very friendly and hospitable....

We went here as a group of 6 for champagne breakfast as a Birthday treat for me. The staff were lovely and the main course breakfast was excellent. The start of the meal let it down. I have been elsewhere locally for a similar meal and they provided a selection of fruit and cereals from which you could help yourself....

Booked via Groupon for 1 night. We were given the keys to room 5, great double room, with tea and coffee making facility. Lovely food, we had the table d'hote menu, 2 courses, which was excellent. Brakfast was great. The friendly staff couldn't do enough. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.
