Pulled into the camp just on dark after enjoying a relaxed ride along SH1 virtually all to myself from Waipara, The fresh towels and non metered hot showers were very much appreciated I was going to head to the pub for dinner but after seeing the kitchen and garden managed to knock up a tasty and healthy meal instead. Great...

We had a powered camp site and it was a reasonable price. With no extra cost to use the showers with great pressure and towels, unlike others that are coin operated. The kitchen was well equipped and the grounds well kept. A vege garden right outside the kitchen door.Luckily it was well signposted as the camp is nicely off the main...

Passing through and needing budget accommodation, found this motel/campground and could not have been happier. What a lovely unique setting and facilities. This must have been a beautiful farm which has been converted to accommodation for the travelling public. The experience at this property was both "Old world" but at the same time has every convenience and more for travellers....

We are 2 adults travelling in a car with a tent, we like the quieter campsites rather than the Top 10 or backpackers. We like a nice bit of flat grass to pitch the tent. We stumbled on this wonderful site, after passing through Kaikoura as it was too busy for us. This site is somewhere you need to stay...

Spent a couple of nights here, nice and quiet, lovely gardens, amenities adequate, hosts very helpful. We stayed in the double cabin, which was perfect for our family. Easy walk to the little town, hope everyone is ok after the earthquake. Only one negative, the swimming pool seemed to be a goldfish pond!

Very clean and quiet unit. Lovely clean and comfort place with nice set out garden and power site for camper van. ห้องพักสะอาด เรียบง่าย มีสวนที่จัดได้อย่างสวยงาม เหมาะสำหรับจอดแวะพักก่อนเดินทางต่อ Poor wifi (can not connect) and low speed cellular data(Vodafone).

What a great place! We went in spring, the animals were around, the place was super clean with friendly hosts and guests. Very nice accommodation (we had a double cabin, more like a chalet). The hosts were very helpful making accommodations for our family. A real find.

Great place I decided on a motel room as it was raining. Very tidy n comfortable. Quiet, excellent for the weary traveller. Comfy bed, modern décor and very clean. A short walk to the shops. The owners made me feel most welcome. Good parking and a lovely setting.

This motel and holiday park is well off the main road, but worth the effort to find it. The units are all beautifully appointed, clean and warm. This visit the ground were very, very pretty, blossom trees, and spring flowers, daffodils, tulips and freesias outside each unit. Highly recommend this place.

We arrived quite late in the evening but received a nice welcome from the manager. The park is almost in the country with paddocks on two sides, the facilities were a bit old but you had all you needed there, and the price was right. We found it on the whole a pleasant place to stop at.
