We stayed two nights. Hosts were friendly and gave great advise on restaurants etc. Geraldine is a fairly quiet little town. We would love to stay again on our next trip to NZ.

We found ourselves in Geraldine due to a change of plan because of the recent earthquake in Christchurch. But we soon discovered this lovely B&B with very comfortable rooms and a great breakfast in the morning! The hosts Leigh and Jerry are incredibly welcoming and friendly. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We had to leave our home in Christchurch due to the earthquake in Feb 2011. We went to the Victoria Villa with my parents and our young children. The welcome was fantastic, the accommodation extremely comfortable and the cooked breakfasts delicious. Jerry and Leigh went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us as much as...

Having been caught in the Christchurch earthquake while visiting family we moved to Geraldine on 23rd February 2011 and were fortunate enough to find accommodation for ourselves, daughter, son in law and 2 children in this beautiful victorian villa for 2 nights. As you can imagine we were all in a state of shock when we arrived and the welcome...

Victoria Villa is a beautiful house, all decorations are tastefully displayed, lots of effort from the owners. Rooms are comfortable plus a nice living room plus a nice outdoor sitting area. Breakfast is delicious. The owners are a very nice couple.

Despite being in the middle of painting the outside of their lovely home, Leigh and Jerry welcomed us very warmly. They were effusive in their apologies for working when we arrived. This was totally unnecessary as we saw it as simply improving an already excellent venue. Their recommendation for an evening meal at "Taste" was excellent as was the breakfast...

We stayed at Victoria Villa for two nights on our tour of New Zealand and cannot rate this bed and breakfast highly enough. The hosts, Jerry and Leigh, were helpful and extremely friendly, the location was ideal with restaurants only a few minutes walk away and perfect for travelling either to or from Christchurch. We would certainly stay there again...

“Our room with the bay window seat was among the most beautiful room in which I have ever stayed. The only draw-back was that its private bathroom was down the hall. Even so, we were provided with fluffy robes to use for traveling back and forth. Having that room is worth the walk to the bathroom.”
