We were due to stay in a neighbouring sister hotel but were shipped to the Imperial late at night due to overbooking by the sister hotel. The room itself was very basic - we had booked a bungalow and ended up with a double bed and two single beds hard beds for the kids all in the same room with...

We stayed in this hotel for 1 week and I can honestly say it was amazing. I am so surprised that anyone could think of anything negative to say. The room was beautiful, the pool perfect, food and drink were great. It is a bit of a walk to Kamari but there are regular shuttles and once you know the...

We booked two weeks in another Hotel in Santorini in June departing on the 13th August and returning on the 27th August. But when we arrived we were told we had been moved to the Imperial and upgraded. You can read my review of that hotel, the Mediterranean Beach Palace on Tripadvisor too. We were "upgraded" to half-board (from breakfast...

Having paid full price in advance for seven days in the luxury suit, we were told when we arrived, that there was no room available and we would have to stay in an apartment in a village on top of the hill for three nights out of the seven. It was beautiful, but had no facilities, pool, beach etc ....

The Good: The grounds are nothing special, but nice. There is a good bar at the pool with a great barman in the evenings. The pool is good sized and clean. The beach has very comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas that are complimentary. The food in the restaurant (buffet) is pretty good. The air conditioning in our room worked very...

As two families, we had originally booked and paid in advance to be in the Santorini Mediterranean Beach Palace Hotel but when we arrived they told us that they do not have two rooms and one of the families should be taken to Imperial instead. The next day they took the second family to the Imperial as well, because we...

We had originally booked to be in the Mediterranean Royal up the road but when we arrived we were taken to the Imperial instead, which turned out to be a much better option. We did stay right at the start of holiday season so the complex was very quiet. A very short walk down to the Black Beach which had...

Amazing staff team led by Andy. So hard working and always try to do their best. Our room was amazing, couldn't fault it. Pool and bar area both stunning. We found the food excellent. Each evening there were 5 or 6 choices with lots of Greek salads also. The nearby airport didn't bother us, it was actually amazing to see...

Stayed at this hotel for about a week 05/2016. The staff impressed us. Friendly, down to earth and hospitable. Yes there's an airport right next to it but it doesn't bother that much.. You get plane like once a million year. Not a busy airport. However, the food is very confusing. I mean they are good and tasting cuisines but...

very good hotel for its price. Very peaceful and quiet with a nice pool Rooms are very good and looked after. Lovely bed! The food is tasty, but only half board one minus the beach is so black lava. Although the hotel is next to the airport you pt doesnt bother because there are not that many planes. Santorini is...
