Massive thank you to you all at Castro Hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable! The family who run this place can't do enough for you including picking us up from the airport and taking us back there (€15 each way), providing us transport to restaurants out of Kamari on an evening (special thanks to Zoe for this) and recommending...

I stayed at the Castro 2 years ago and enjoyed it, but it has even improved more this year. They have built a poolside bar (which was not there when I last visited). It is basic, clean accommodation in an area far enough from the town to be away from the hustle and bustle, with a 10 minute very pleasant...

Visited Casto Hotel for a week. This hotel is a classic family run place. The staff are polite and helpful. It may be basic, but you're getting exactly what you pay for. It's a 5-10 min walk into kamari itself. The rooms were nice and clean, beds were made every day, towels changed every couple of days. Also the pool...

The hotel will transfer you to and from the airport for a small fee. I'm pretty sure I was upgraded to a suite which was really spacious with a lovely bathroom. The hotel really is nicer than the photos online as previously mentioned. In a nice quiet area with the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops a 10 min...

We had a wonderful stay at this family run hotel. The owners were extremely helpful, very pleasant and nothing was any trouble. They collected us from the airport which prevented any stress, breakfast was adequate, fresh bread, cake and fruit, cheese, ham, tea and coffee. They loaned us cups so we could have tea and coffee in our rooms. The...

We enjoyed our stay at Castro Hotel very much. It is owned and run by a family who are extremly helpful, warm and did everything to make our stay comfortable. Zoi deserves a special mention for all her help driving us and also picking us from a deserted spot at midnight when we got lost walking back from the beach....

The hotel is beautiful and clean and the owners were very pleasant. The breakfast was adequate. Pool was beautiful. Location was a short walk from the main beach and strip. The air con in the room wasn't great and the shower wasn't attached to the wall hence the 4 stars - had these of been ok I would possibly have...

Ok so we have just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel. Me (30), my sister (28) and mum (55). The hotel is approx 10 mins walk from the seafront. Bit scary in the dark! The hotel itself is family run, they will get you whatever you ask for and were very helpful. The rooms are only set up...

We booked a sea view suite at the Castro Hotel for 7 nights. It is a family run hotel and all of the family are friendly and pleased to help you in any way. Suite was spotlessly clean. a living room with table and chairs, settee, flat screen TV, with kitchen area and large refrigerator , large bathroom and separate...

The family run hotel is spotless. They were very accommodating, providing us with beach towels, a homemade breakfast, and a ride to the airport (10 min, 15€). Air conditioning was good, wifi so-so, and patio was an unexpected bonus. The pool in the front looked great but we didn't get a chance to dive in. A 10 min walk to...
