Don't go. Avoid at all cost. Construction site next door, where work commenced at 6.30am each morning. Very noisy. No relaxing or sleep when staying here. Rooms are getting very tired. Staff not interested. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN.

Was very unhappy with whole experience. Construction site right next door. Reception was not open Saturday afternoon for check-in. Keys obtained from outside safe with passcode. Room was not what requested. Was told didn't receive request from booking provider and totally booked. When tried to get sorted, was almost impossible to speak to a person who could help. Called booking...

We have come to regency for our one year wedding anniversary. The room is very average & needs to be refurbished, it looks very run down. There was a lot of cockroach poo in the room on the benches also. We were shocked also to find we had been charged twice for our stay on our card when we went...

We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. We booked in after hours and the process was seamless. The room (room 702) we were in had nice views of the beach, ocean and hinterland. Great spot to sit on the balcony and take in the ocean view. So close to the beach it's not funny and close to...

We stayed for four nights and would have liked to have stayed longer. The view from the apartment was beautiful. The apartment was well equipped and we ate every night on the balcony. The Regency has direct access to the beach which was lovely to walk down. We had a secure parking space and the staff were friendly and helpful.

On booking this accommodation I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews but it really depends what you are looking for with your accommodation. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on the top floor & the view is fantastic but the apartment was a little dated. No foxtel, very small TV & small uncomfortable couch. There...

I have just spent a week at Regency and was very happy with it. The apartment was a one bedroom self contained air conditioned unit looking directly over the beach. Firstly I'll touch on the negatives, if you want to call them that. The apartment is in need of a freshen up. The carpets have seen better days, a little...

Our room had two single beds with extremely thin mattresses, they would accommodate small children, the blankets were thread bare, there where dead roaches that had been lying there so long they had left rust markes. I know these apartments are individually owned, but there still should be a maintained standard and going by the website I was totally unprepared...

We have been holidaying here for over ten years and if one thing never changes it is the chance of a great room or a crummy room! A big upgrade had just been made but still the owners of each unit are the ones who either make or break your stay. It's the small things that count! On our stay...

I have stayed here a number of times and always find it convenient, well presented and very relaxing. I think its wise to take a room with an ocean view to really get the best experience. Being close to the Surf Club is a bonus if you wish to drop in for a drink or even a meal. There are...
