Our one night stay with breakfast was delightful to say the least. Pascale was very accommodating and changed us to a room on the 2nd floor with only one level in the room. The room and the entire house are carefully and thoughtfully decorated. Her attention to detail and making sure we knew where every light switch and amenity was located. We filled out a breakfast menu and gave it to her in the evening. It was ready promptly at 8:30 per our request and the sunny side up eggs were the best ever had. To top it off she took care of dinner reservations at a local restaurant and the winery we visited just prior to getting to the hotel is a personal friend of hers (Alain at Domaine Les Sadons). Would recommend a visit there as well. Le Coeur des Vignes is centrally located between Bordeaux and St. Estephe so it is a great place to stay and be able to visit many wineries.

We stayed two nights at le Coeur des Vignes, a charming B&B with direct access and view of Pichon-Barron (2 Cru) vineyards. Pascale, our host was wonderfully kind and an excellent chef, serving fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden, with local lamb and duck. Exceptional wine list. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and comfortable.

Great place in an amazing location, with one of the best vineyards as closest neighbors. Owners were very helpful and patient with our family (two small kids, not always showing their best :)) Pascale made us one of the best dinners we had in France. She even took us to a private wine tour to a neighbor vineyard. Room was very spacious and clean. We would be glad to come back one day :)

A small friendly Maision d”Hotes in the heart of the left bank of the Gironde. The accommodation is excellent with a refreshing individuality and flair. Dining in is recommended as Pascale’s food is delightful, and there is a small but interesting wine list. The care and support for guests was tremendous, helping resolve travel issues, highlighting local places to visit, and making introductions to local winemakers, as well as adapting to (non-gluten) dietary requirements.

We wanted to stay in the middle of vineyards and we weren't disappointed.
There's parking and a nice small outdoor pool
Plenty of seats and sunbeds, unfortunately the weather wasn't very good while we were there.
Large comfortable bed room, good shower
Breakfast really good, Pascal's homemade products, ordered the night before.
Also had a lovely evening meal one night
If you want to eat out in the evening Cafe lavinal is walkable in about 20 minutes and there are paths and lights if it's dark

Highly recommend

The location in Pauillac in the heart of Medoc is very good on the edge of town adjacent to the stunning Chateau Pichon Baron. We stayed in the apartment with kitchen and lounge for three days which was very clean and spacious. The lovely pool and air conditioning really helped in the hot weather. Pascale and Alex could not have been more accommodating and helpful in every way. The wine tasting with Alain a few doors away was excellent. Thank you for sharing your home with us. The location is perfect for wine tasting in Bordeaux, France. It is a beautiful French country mansion with a pool and garden. Both of the owners are extremely nice and friendly. When we went out for dinner in a rainy day, they offered to pick us up at restaurant for free. The breakfast is abundantly and a variety of choices. The room is conformable and spaciously. We absolutely will go back to stay here when we back to Bordeaux in the near future.

We stayed only one night, as a stop over on our road trip from Ile de Re to Cap Ferret but it was very memorable. Mme was clearly passionate about tourism. She arranged for us to see the smallest vineyard in Bordeaux (which is just behind the property) and had the owner conducted a visit himself. For contract, Mme also arranged for us to visit the imposing, luxurious vineyard on the other side of the property (Chateaux Pichon Baron) but unfortunately, visit slots were full. Still, we learned a lot.

What impressed me the most was the restaurant recommendations: everything was delicious and beautiful. Mme knew exactly what tourists like us need in the area: good food, beautiful atmosphere and great service for good lunches and dinner. Being a local, she knows people and places and could really organize things we need.

I plan to make this our base in Bordeaux, next time we visit the area again.

A beautiful BnB in a quiet location. The hospitality was first class and breakfast was amazing. The hosts have thought of everything. Weather wasn’t warm enough for swimming but it was very relaxing sitting around the pool. Next door was the Chateau Pichon Longeuville Baron, adding to the picture postcard view

I worked with Pascale and her husband in a professional setting.

Professional chef,
I was “stunned” by Pascale’s (the hostess) keen appreciation of my work.

Taste, texture, assembly, nothing escapes her, she is an extraordinary cook and her knowledge and approach to so-called "raw food" cuisine leaves me and many of my colleagues far behind.

Don't look for his recipes in cookbooks, they only exist in his head!

You will have to be patient and wait until she decides to create a work sublimating her culinary creations and revealing the improbable and nevertheless delicious combinations of flavors.

Thank you Pascale for your humble sharing.

Good and happy continuation.
Frank
