Our recent stay at the Garden of Eden was incredible. A true jewel, hidden in the jungle. The owners and staff are very welcoming and their hospitality was first class. Food and drink was impressive for being at such a remote location. The property was built by the owners, and the amenities, construction, and design are well thought out. It...

If you are planning a trip to Bocas Del Toro, don't miss this place. My husband and I had an amazing time. Small, and on its own island. It doesn't get much better. This has the feel of staying in someone's guest house, not a hotel. Yet, you get all of the hotel perks. They have an on site restaurant...

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation without all the hoopla of a busy resort then The Garden of Eden is for you! Helena runs a warm and inviting resort where even the smallest detail is taken care of. The food is excellent; the best in the area for sure. The service is great in every way and Magali....

Bob and Helena run a top-notch establishment at the Garden of Eden. We were greeted with open arms when we arrived and received nothing but the best of service and hospitality from them. Their staff are among the best cooks in Bocas - we thought we would mostly be eating in town but nothing could compare to Migali and Johana's...

After a very long travel where a lot of things went wrong we just couldnt wait to finally arrive at the hotel. We booked for 12 days and were really looking forward to it after had read the reviews. The high expectations we had were nothing close to the actual experience. Everything you needed was taking care off. Bernard, Magali,...

The Garden of Eden in Panama is truly beautiful - we were amazed to hear that Bob had built such an incredible resort. Bob and Helena and the girls are fantastic hosts who truly go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, even Mayo the dog makes you feel very welcome. Both my friend and...

Just returned from a 5 night stay at this wonderful little slice of paradise. After reading all of the stellar reviews, my expectations were high - but The Garden of Eden turned out to be every bit as wonderful as advertised. Bob and Helena and the girls make you feel right at home. Delicious food, strong tasty drinks, hours and...

We stayed at Garden of Eden for four nights in June it we have nothing to add to the name of the hotel: It IS garden of eden. The suite was big enough to acomodate the three of us (we travelled with our 13-year old daughter), the pool crystal clear, swimming off the docks excellent, the best was the food,...

My fiancee and I took a 4 day detour to Bocas on a recent trip to Costa Rica. Needless to say, it was the best decision we made on this particular trip. From the moment we arrived the good folks that own this slice of paradise, Bob and Helena, made sure we were right at home. Bob and Helena have...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
We are a small private island Bed and Breakfast located in a tropical setting of Bocas Del Toro, Panama. The resort offers a swimming pool, kayaks, snorkeling, game room with pool table, restaurant and bar. Don't go to the Caribbean to just rent a room, come here where you can rent an island. We can accommodate up to 10 adults comfortably. Sorry no guests under 18 yrs of age. Close enough to Bocas to shop yet far enough to be as private as you want to be. ... more   less
