i have no idea who listed this property, but its all completely wrong and the images are nothing to do with this property. This property is not in san roque or alcadesa, it is in sotogrande and its on the 13th hole of valderramma golf course, it operates as a small B & B and is perfect for short stays. no problems here, and although i am sure its not perfect for everyone, all you have to do is look up the real reviews on other sites to get the idea.

Hemos estado un fin de semana alojados en esta vivienda, el dueño ofrece una información engañosa. Nos alojo en una zona justo a la entrada de la vivienda donde tenÃamos que compartir baño con la otra habitación. En ningún lugar ponÃa que los baños eran exteriores a la habitación y compartidos. Por otro lado faltaba limpieza y mucho mantenimiento. Tiene un perro que deambulaba por la casa y se subÃa en los sillones. La habitación no se podÃa cerrar ni por fuera ni por dentro.... simplemente nunca me hubiera alojado en esa casa sabiendo la realidad.
