Just returned from 2 lovely relaxing weeks. Had a wonderful room on 3rd floor overlooking the gardens and pool. Staff were brilliant and always helpful and friendly. Lovely location close enough to the town centre and beach for easy walking but quiet. Superb choice of food and drinks - hard to see how they can provide such good value when...

The Bitzaro Palace is a very clean hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet hotel, no rowdy groups or young children. It's more adult orientated - I believe families go to the sister hotel Bitzaro Grande Hotel where I am told they are better catered for. The food was excellent, well presented buffet style, much better than expected....

My family and I had a week here for May half-term and did have a lovely time. The wonderful Petra made sure that we were accommodated together as we were a party of 6 and my son was staying next door with my in-laws. This really is a lovely, small, friendly hotel and the staff can't do enough to make...

What a lovely family run hotel! Immaculately clean on arrival and the standard was kept up, not only in our room, but in all areas throughout our stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly and could always spare time for a joke and a chat, and the atmosphere they created made for happy and friendly guests. From the first...

Lovely hotel with a friendly staff who couldn't have done more to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Great selection of nutritious food every day, including traditional Greek and international cuisine. Zakynthos is a beautiful, lush island, very green due to the heavy rainfall for 6 months, October to April and the limestone which acts as a natural sponge....

Stayed at the Bitzaro Palace for 2 weeks starting the 5th May, 2015. We have never stayed here before but without doubt we will visit again. From the very first minute to the last the staff were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. The place was spotless and was situated away from any roads so noise wasn't a problem....

Was our first time in Greece and what a bar to set as a start. We were given a refurbished double bed room on the ground floor facing the pool the bed was...
