Some two months prior to our arrival at the hotel we attempted to change our room as we had been told that the Select Suite with Garden View and Terrace may not be the best location to stay. The hotel were helpful via e-mail, Thomson’s via the telephone were not. On our arrival we made our way to the room,...

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this gem of a hotel. One thing that will stay in our memory of this hotel is the welcoming and friendly staff. They all seem to enjoy their work and have a happy smile about them. The reception staff are keen to help and advise, the cleaning maids are friendly and...

This was our third visit to this hotel, the last being 8 years ago. Not much has changed in that the hotel is still kept spotlessly clean and is well run by the staff who are so enthusiastic and friendly. The rooms are massive and have plenty of storage and good bathrooms. The food was varied and of a fairly...

We upgraded this time to a garden suite (room 244) which was very spacious, wine, water, tea/coffee. bathrobe and slippers all provided. We had a lovely sunny terrace with own sunbeds, and as we were near a pathway we became a drop in for people...

Room was spotless (thanks to Toni) cleaned every day, bed linen changed once during the week. Huge comfortable bed. We had a select twin room which had two sun beds and table and two chairs on balcony, tea and coffee facilities, fridge, the safe and two beach towels costs 31 euros for the week and then you get 10 euros...

The Entertainment team ( Tasha, Craig and Paul) were fabulous, keeping us entertained day and night with activities during the day and...

Although we have stayed at this hotel before and really enjoyed it, we were disappointed this time with the evening entertainment. It seemed to be endless rounds of quizzes, pick of the six and secret sound. There was too many nights, when there was nothing happening for half an hour or more in the Pavilion, which meant there was no...
