The location is good and the hotel is very modern but we found the staff, rooms and service to be just average. Rabat is a large city with many hotels I would search around on trip advisor for a place that constantly get excellent reviews.

The room was clean and very comfortable with a lovely water view for sunset. The staff was very welcoming and the hotel is lovely. We enjoyed our first excellent Moroccan breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.
