Service is fast and food in the restaurant is good. Rooms are clean and the best part is the location. People at the reception and at the restaurant are very helpful and nice.Bathroom could have been a bit better but its fine.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 night for an instructional course. The hotel is old and feels old. The queen bed is made of two separate beds covered by a sheet. The bathroom needs immediate renovation. Wifi is free but not without problems. The restaurant is basic and the kitchen closes at 22 so if you arrive late chances are...

Nice hotel with family atmosphere, very clean and good food, breakfast. The swimming pool is a little bit cold but the whole environment is warm. Room has plenty of space and ideal temperature. People who want luxury hotel don't visit it.

Centrally located in historic town centre. Parking is free. Room was large and comfortable but nothing special. It also smelled of smoking. We have, however, seen better breakfasts and some members of the breakfast staff appeared disengaged

I liked the location but this hotel is old and tired. The breakfast was very good but the rooms are just so basic and everything seems worn-out and out dated. The bathrooms are very dark. The corridors have very loud doors. I would not go back to this place if I could avoid it.

This is an alternative to staying in the city of Frankfurt. The town centre is full of historic buildings & there is a historic feel about the place. This hotel, with its Art Nouveau interiors, has character & contains historic photographs of the town in its heyday, before becoming a backwater. Visited in late April, the restaurant serves local dishes,...

Due to my previous pleasant stay at this Hotel in 2012 I again chose this Hotel for a 2 week stay in September 2015. I did not go wrong by doing so. I once again enjoyed the best hospitality, location, amenities and service which I came to expect from this 4 Star rated Hotel. Upon check in I was made...

Good Night Sleep 5 Stars. The bedding is premium and in line with what I expect from a Embassy Suites or Marriott. Unlike the big box hotels, the comforters are of a duvet style, so the duvets can be washed. Usually I discard any bedding that can't be washed regularly, as that is unsanitary. Not here. Everything was clean and...

Good location, clean and tidy, great staff and a good price. However rooms are too hot, if you open the windows this helps a little but we backed onto the bins and the staff made a lot of noise until quite late. Also one day we had some drilling too. Not enough staff at breakfast either, kept running out of...

Sometimes it is nice to stay in hotels not belonging to any chain. Even though the hotel is relatively old it provides all the needed services. Clean and quiet rooms, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast buffet. Everything on reasonable price. Check-in/check-out is effective and free wifi included. Would recommend when staying in the area.
