We (a party of 4 adults) booked 2 rooms for a 4 night stay whilst visiting relatives in Penang. Our first time at this newish hotel. The Positives: Receptionists and concierge are young, enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel has great water pressure enhanced with a rain shower and a handheld spray shower head. Housekeeping does a good job keeping the mainly uncarpeted floorings, clean. Beddings are clean. Rooms are of a fair size. The morning buffet breakfast spread (space also used for weekend buffets) on the 11th floor is okay, comparable to other hotels in Penang of the same price band. Very nice hotel. Rooms are of a high standard. Great views. Breakfast was great with a huge selection of dishes. Only downside was whilst checking in. We were allocated a room on the 21st floor, but while waiting for an elevator the receptionist came and asked us to return the key cards as they had not been authorised properly. But we were given new key cards and our room had been changed to 14th floor. When I questioned this I was told that the room on 21st floor was “under maintenance “. Seemed a bit strange how it was suddenly not available and we were told it was just our key cards not done properly. Kind of gave a negative impression. The view from 21st floor would have been even better. Apart from that glitch everything was very good

Check-in took quite some time. It was slightly crowded at reception. But finally manage to check-in around 3.20pm. Sean was ok & calm. Fafa was good too. We got a supreme room at 31st floor. Room with bunk bed. Kids enjoyed the room. We made special request to have early bfast and taxi booking to airport on our check-out day. Supreme room, to me is a bit overpriced and Agoda sold out pretty fast. We had to book from hotel website for 1 night, and Agoda for the 2nd night. The price difference is about RM300. Price is inclusive bfast for 4. Foodcourt opposite the hotel was closed for the 2 days we were there. Thought they will open on day2 or 3. Weather was wet & rainy. Our Georgetown trishaw ride didnt go smoothly. We hired a private chartered car from Klook on day2 to Kek…

Awesome Hotel amazing ocean views we stayed on 32 floor in family room with adjoining rooms mid Jan 2023 for 8 nights , great breakfast busy at peak times , very friendly staff and , the hotel room service food was also very nice The food hall in front of the hotel was excellent on both quality and value

Nice room. Rather poor restaurant. Bad service: I stayed here for 5 nights. On the last day i asked for 90 min later checkout. The hotel offered just a 30 min later check out. But 2 hours later the hotel informed me that they want to charge me for this 30 min later check out. After i spend here 5 days i found this behavior just ridiculous and outrageous.

Had a wonderful stay here. Everyone was so accommodating even when they were super busy. I will definitely stay again. My family had a wonderful time here and basically did not want to leave. Will plan a trip back here very soon.

Have a nice stay at this hotel recently as the hotel service is very surprising good. Because when we checked in the hotel where system mis release a room that not clean up yet. When we open door then notice and highlighted to them, the manager not only apologize on the system error but also gave us a treat on lunch at their beautiful seaview cafe while change us to another room. And all their reception service and frontliner have very good service. The view is nice, room is clean. Just one thing is the soundproof of the room is still have room to improve. Anyway will go back again
