Concordia Inn Penang
This is a nice place to stay with a neglected garden. Staff is friendly but need to use Bahasa to converse. Room - king bed - is clean, bathroom is average with loose tap and sinkhole non functional. No beverages provided. Worth the price as it is close to food court and mall. Must park inside (limited) to avoid paying outside parking. Wi-Fi is spotty.
