Wish we had more time. Food was d . Only downside was slow service Second day at French. It took 3 hours before we left although food was delicious Don’t really know what happened. Outside of that all went extremely well. Love the weather, cabana, service and room! Beach beautiful! And anything that needed to be fixed or something amen care of was so no need to discuss. Will be back!! Thank you staff for your attentiveness!
FIrst class week in Jamaica, man. This is a beautiful resort. I would go here again. The food was good. The rooms were clean and the restaurants were first class. The sailing was very fun. It was not too far from the airport. Nice!
It really was a great stay with decent food as well as variety and very friendly and efficient staff. Go there if you can. Bring golf clubs if you golf the nearby courses are great. There was a lot of family energy and the children were having a great time. On the downside I had to wait 5 minutes for my room... (;-)
We had a great time at Hyatt Ziva rose hall. Special mention to Mr. Partha Sarkar and Mr. Roshan at the Ziva restaurants area. They made our stay comfortable and went above and beyond to accommodate out dietary requirements. There were a lot of food options. We really enjoyed the pool games and casino night. One thing which we didnt enjoy was overall customer service. We have been to other Hyatt all inclusives and at those places, the staff is always willing to help and provided excellent customer service. Here it felt that most of the staff were disinterested in serving the customers. We asked for a coffee at breakfast and it never came, the lady in the check in area was clueless about where our room is, and there was almost no drink service by the pool. I wish they had better customer service. …
Stayed for 3 nights in November. This was my second time to Jamaica and I am a loyal Hyatt member. Everything went great and everyone super helpful. Had a great excursion, fun by the pool, and getting to and from the airport was a breeze. Most of the food at all-inclusives is garbage and Ziva rose was no exception but the food at the jerk hut was all we needed. Will be back for sure.
There was absolutely nothing negative to say about this resort. My family and I were tended to at every turn with professionalism and kindness. As they say at the Hyatt, "service from the heart" and it surely was all all levels. I would return at any opportunity.
My husband and I had a terrific time at this hotel! They really take it to the next level with “all inclusive”. We had no idea that sailing and kayaking was part of the “all inclusive” and was presently surprised when we found out that it was. An added bonus for us! We enjoyed the food and appreciated all the wonderful staff. This hotel will be our go-to place in Jamaica!
This is our second trip to Jamaica this year and it was amazing! Beautiful resort, great food, and the people that work there are so friendly and welcoming. A couple deserve a huge shoutout! Elesia Miler for her beautiful personality, Xavio Biggs for being a genuine caring person, and Kemoya Mason, for always making sure we had a great time! And Kadonat the bar for always making sure my drinks were great! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. One ❤️🇯🇲
Room wasn't ready till 3pm, smelled like sewer/mold and was not very clean. The room featured a tub without a drain clog, the shower didn't function properly and would frequently switch from hot to cold. The view was incredible with a layout couch for 2 on the balcony that only came with 1 pillow (sorry wife). There was also 1 chair and a table... just missing all of the 5 star features. The staff was nice but seemed confused. When we asked for a drain clog for the bathtub, they sent an engineer for the sink... After waiting an hour we just decided to try and make the best of our 2 nights there and were grateful to spend the rest of our trip at a different resort.
I've been to a few disappointing beach-y all-inclusives, and a few fantastic high end Hyatt's in the world, and I have to say that an all inclusive Hyatt could really have gone either way, big hit or big miss. This was a big hitt. Firstly, and probably most importantly in my book, the food was fantastic. They have a legit coffee shop called Grindz (high end espresso machine with a proper steam wand for cappuccinos) which is just the best way to start a morning. The pastries of all sorts (from croissants to mini-cakes) had that baked-fresh-in-the-morning texture to it. The service is a bit slow in the busy dinner hours but not so badly that it distracts from the experience. I can only speak for the room we had, which as the Ocean Front Junior Suite and it's nothing short of spectacular. The balcony has a day-bed and it doesn't overlook a beach area so you can really just stare off into the horizon or listen to the waves crash while reading a book. Hard to beat, don't think I'll find another room quite like this. My 10 and 8 year old kids couldn't stop raving about this trip, and wife was impressed. It was my first Hyatt Ziva and I'm looking forward to trying the others now.…
