Rude bar staff, they were throwing together our afternoon tea, such a pleasant way to be treated.

Everything is on one level apart from a few rooms which are upstairs

I agree it is a bit confusing. The woodland rooms are just that, they are all set amongst the trees in the grounds of the hotel. One tip if you are going at this time of the year is to take a change of shoes for when you go for dinner as the paths can be a bit muddy. It's worth it though, it's a lovely place. 😊
