We had 2 hours to visit this area when on a tour to Mount Etna.
There are plenty of shops most of them selling the same thing as the other.
We had a nice walk to the Crater Silvestri.

I don't think so, though you could ask them: some of their staff speak English. I think you should consider booking a taxi, in advance, yourself. As the Sicilians can be very (very) unhelpful when your travel arrangements... More
