This hotel has a spacious room compare to the same star hotel. It is close to mall and casino also. Just a few minutes walk to Awana Sky Station, place you can ride Gondola to Chee Wee Temple Station and Genting Premium Factory Outlet. Unfortunately it has no room service. I asked for ice but they could not provide it. The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast too but there’s a self service snack counter where you can find light breakfast, snacks, coffee machine and drinks.

The hotel is good. Not luxurious but suitable for families. Rooms are big and the orientation of the room is funny. Close to the mall gate and the weather and view were great. There was no AC which turned out to be fine because the weather becomes cold at night. However some little annoing problems occured. First was the Durrain smell. Its was allover our floor. First night the smell was comming from the next room and we couldn't sleep until we sprayed tge room with a perfum. Next day i went down to the mall looking for an air freshner. Second, was the late night noises from drunk people below our window while its open for cold air. 3rd was the noises from the next room were so annoing i had to complain in the middle of the night to the reception to shut them off. But we enjoyed our stay. We had fun in genting and the price was good for 2 nights with good view

We stayed three nights in the quad room. The room was not completely immaculate but in good condition overall. It was clean. The shower was good, the bed was comfortable, and there were complimentary toiletries and bottled mineral water. Tea coffee facilities were provided as well. Customer service was excellent. The front desk, concierge and housekeeping staff were extremely helpful. The location was excellent and is within walking distance of Skyworld Theme Park, restaurants, bars and the Awana Skyway.
The only thing we felt let down by was the noise. We could hear the noise from guests above us, especially when the kids were running around close to midnight and the sound of moving chairs. Also, it was frustrating to hear some guests shouting in the corridor at 2-ish in the morning. I suppose the hotel could improve the soundproofing and perhaps put a sign or something to remind guests to be reasonable with their noise, particularly in the middle of the night. Another minor thing is that the hotel could clean up the window and clear off the cigarette buds outside of the window. It just didn't look nice.
Other than that, we are happy with the stay.

Once you have paid, you can’t change the date and request for refund. I’m not sure it’s their staff lazy to change it or it’s their policy. It’s funny that the booking was not made 24 hours before the booked date, but they refuse to refund or change the date.

The room is huge! Which I would believe that it could easily fill 6 adults. We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids. And as the beds are laid on a platform and not the usual bed frame, we were less concerned of them rolling off the bed.
The toilet is also spacious, although I do feel that its screaming for an update.
TV is a little small for the room size. Probably not expecting the guests to stay in room much since it's a resort area.
They've got a huge balcony and we could enjoy the sunrise view of the mountains.
What's disappointing is the sound proofing. We could heard the rooms next to us and above us, especially when they walk on the bed platforms. Super loud!
They don't have a breakfast restaurant though. A bummer for families with very young kids who will wake up for breakfast early morning.

booked this hotel because its location in theme paek area,, what a surprise the hotel doesnt even have Air conditioning even when outside at night only 15 degree celcius, inside room its so hot, if u open rhe window then noise came, and the curtain cant be closed
the curtain also have odd design, that at morning sunshine will come through the middle of the 2 curtains.
overall if u want a good night sleep after tiring day in the theme park.. just stay at other hotels in area, much cheaper rate and better facilities..
we really regret staying in this hotel ..

1. Water from shower was v weak 2. Room floor didnt feel clean. We dare not walk barefooted 3. Shower area poorly designed. No place to put clothes to change into or out of. To do that, one needs to be naked in the open before getting into shower or out of shower, then put clothes on 4. Basin v little space to put skincare n other toiletries 5. No air conditioner in room, only ceiling fan. U can open windows about 10cm to let cool air in 6. No cabinets in room to hang clothes. Just hang at limited space on wall 7. Noise from traffic outside, not ideal for light sleepers 8. Pillows low n too soft 9. Early chk in needs to pay. There’s self chk in kiosk n we paid 31MYR for early chk in, we arrived at 2pm, n some other fees 10. Minimum customer service. Dont expect any if u r a service sucker

Checking in and checking out was a breeze. The room can accommodate up to 6 pax so it was quite comfortable for 3 of us. The room comes with 3 queen size beds, toiletries and towels. Besides that, the room is basic with very sparse furniture. No sofa, no wardrobe or full length mirror. Amusingly the only sofa & dressing table are those drawn on the wall. Room deco is creative and cute. The best part of the room is its impeccable cleanliness and the excellent shower. The worst part is the very poor noise insulation. We could clearly hear the traffic and people's voices. I'd recommend this Hotel for its great location, which is opposite The Arena of Stars concert hall.

My last visit to Genting was probably 15 years ago and my visit to this mountain is a pleasant cooling trip. Genting Skyworlds Hotel was my choice for this trip along with my friends and we have book the room for 6 persons It came with 2 queen beds and a queen bunk bed and it was comfortable for all of us ( 6 people ) Room was cooling once u open the windows and you can see clouds drifting in and out along with the cooling air Room came with basic amenities for 6 paxs , slippers, towels , bath soap, drinking bottle water Bathroom was designed with care, it came with 2 wash sink, separate bathroom & toilet. Room has ample space and we had no problem walking or sitting in the room

Great: Love the door sealed concept which assure that room is clean and sanitized. Great interior design and spacious room (sixer room).Hotel offer self-check in which is great to avoid long queue and express check in process.
Can Be Better: Sixer room only 2 room cards given for 6 persons check in, should at least give 3 room cards.
Slippery bathroom floor and open concept bathroom which a bit concern for family with teenager.
Check In Process - queuing (3 FO) from 1:25pm and only attended at 1:34pm, however the FO was quick to guide us to use the self check in machine.
The hotel only have 3 lift in the entire building and apparently 2 lift were broken the whole day on 6th Oct, lift capacity is small hence it will take time for people to wait and for parents with baby and elderly, the guest won’t even bother to prioritize as they just squeeze in as much as they can in the lift and we ended up waiting for more than 20 minutes for the lift to be empty and with some kind guest letting us in first and another malfunction lift again on 7th Oct.
After a whole day outside we were only return to find out that our room was not clean, to our surprise housekeeping only come and ring the bell for cleaning at 8:00PM!!!
Bare in mind Skyworld hotel does not attached to shopping mall but connected through covered bridge, you still have to walk outdoor and passing by outdoor theme park before reaching to the mall entrance.
