This is a very nice hotel The service level is good. They are worth for Forbes five star hotel. This is the only hotel I will stay when I in Genting. The room is clean and big suitable for family and business trips. Thanks for the teams. Keep it up.

Best experience I have ever had in Genting. Amazing service and room amenities, the butler team (malissa, vilin, reydwin, soo yin, and jia en) and club manager Voon were fabulous for their attention to details and the surprise birthday celebration. Room decoration were fabulous and absolutely love the daily mini surprises of pastries and macarons, along with turndown service.

Booked this hotel for the views of the hotel that it is facing. Reached genting at 5am and made my way to the hotel to do a pre check in. Requested for exactly how the room layout is as shown on their website (standard layout), which has the bed facing the window for the view. All request was noted by the reception, left my luggage there and went to search for breakfast. Check in time was supposed to be 3pm, I was elated to receive an sms at 11 plus stating my room was ready. But as I was in a middle of something I only went to collect my room keys at 3pm. The room layout was different from what was displayed on their website. I called the front desk, long story short, I waited for more than 45 mins for someone to get back to me, I did not want to wait any longer so I headed down to reception to speak to the staff. Total time wasted was 1 hour plus. It was frustrating. I didn’t return to my new hotel room until nearly 10pm, this time round the room layout was correct. However, the rain shower was damaged, the towel was torn with a huge hole, the TV screen is kind of damaged, the room smelt moldy. I had a complimentary Halloween chocolate that was addressed to someone else instead. Despite all these unpleasant encounter, the staff tried to correct the smell using an air purifier, which was a nice gesture, though it did not help with the smell in the room. The room was decorated for my anniversary and we are still happy with the magnificent view that greeted us in the morning. If you ask me if I would pay to come back again, probably not. But if you’ve never stayed before, you will be in awe with the amazing view each room has. …

Most spectacular services. We also enjoy ourselves immensely at Fuhu. Gary was super attentive, Kah Kah brought gifts for my dad and the staff were friendly and outgoing. Incredibly meticulous and prompt intl their services.

The reservations team and front desk team were very good. They try their best to accommodate our requests for the rooms to be near each other. The dinner experience wasnt that good as the food came out late but the service staff was apologetic. Breakfast spread was limited. There are better food choices at sky avenue. I was appalled by the staff, Estella, at breakfast. For a 5-star hotel like this, she brought the rating down. I witnessed her rolling her eyes at customers!

All the staffs at front office are very attentive and friendly. The Room is cozy, spotless clean and have a wonderful view of the mountain. Breakfast is very great and we do enjoy our stay in this hotel. Definitely will return in near future.
