Special thanks to Rhusdi for his hospitality and extraordinary Service. It was our 1st visit to Swiss Garden Genting. We celebrate my Mother's 83 Bday. Rhusdi has made an extra miles to set up our rooms with Balloons n Special Fold towels. Front Office staffs always smile n warm n friendly. Especially Aaron n Jai, Very helpful n informative. Thanks for Housekeeping team for the amazing room decorations. Room is clean n spacious. My family enjoyed our stay n had a memorable experience. We didn't had a chance to utalised the Swimming pool. Will definitely recommend Swiss Garden Genting to my friends n come back again. Value for money n indeed a 5 star.

Our room reservation and the Christmas Brunch was arranged by Mr. Sonny Gan. That was an amazing and memorable experience stay and services in Genting Highland. Is a very convenient location with walking distance to those restaurant and convenience stores out there and there is a Petron gas station adjoining The Starbuck too. They really take the SOP precaution seriously, upon we pull over our car at the guardhouse, the security did check our room reservation and immediately asked each of every one of us to scan the Mysejahtera apps and check our body temperature before allowed us to drive-in to the garage. We were assisted by Mr. Foo Ji Chang - The receptionist for both our check-in and check out process and he has been very friendly and indulgently explained the product and the services offered by this establishment and even give a clear direction to our unite and also to the facilities. Before we arrive they have inspected our room carefully to ensure everything in good condition. We have stayed in unit number 3308 wing C which very beautiful, comfortable, and a high floor with a spectacular view over the GPO and the hill. The shower heater is working perfectly and is super hot. They even greeted us with a fruit platter in our room upon our arrival. Thank you Mr. Sonny Gan for such a wonderful arrangement. Their rooftop swimming pool is clean and well heated with spectacular breathtaking scenery over the Genting Highland. Again they take the SOP Precaution seriously where they limit 15 people to use the swimming pool and they even sanitize the pool every 45 minutes for 15 minutes. No doubt we felt confident and safe to use their swimming pool. On the same first day, we have decided to have our pre-Christmas set dinner at The Garden Terrace Cafe and was assisted by Deva the staff from the F&B, He has been very helpful and accommodates my family and my request. Not bad the foods are delicious and well presented with great service. They even have a Christmas Caroling in the restaurant that leads by Ms. Winnie Chen - H.R and her team consist of the following - Imran, Reeva, Gaberial, Hwee Yee, Deeana, Ting Yi, Koh Su Hui, Latifah. Lehu, Abby, Song Li, and Firdaus. Even Mr. Sonny Gan the General Manager also did join the caroling with such a sporting man. They even distribute some treats to every table especially with kids and have a photo session. We really enjoyed it. The very next day my family and I had our Christmas Day buffet brunch at the same restaurant, The Garden Terrace Cafe. As usual, before we enter the cafe, we scanned the Mysejahtera and Firdaus the F&B staff gave us a hand glove and has explained to us to use it when we go to the buffet counter to take our food and don't forget to wear our facemask as well. This is part of the SOP for the precaution. The selection of the food is not bad and the taste is pretty good. Especially the Christmas Dessert. I love their homemade Christmas log cake that made of Pandan Flavored with walnut cream. I don't think I could have such quality of the Christmas Log cake when I return back to KL. The Roasted Turkey and Lamb are their dominates menu on the buffet counter. Chef Bobby also has been helpful to carve Turkey on my plate and he has recommended me to accompany with what sauce to make it delicious. Again they have the Christmas Caroling and were lead by Ms. Winnie Chen-HR for this round caroling team was consist of Deeana, Jinq Jian, Mei Xin, Hwee Yee, Gaberial, Richard, Firdaus, Reeva, and Imraan. I have requested a late check out from Mr. Se Zhe - The receptionist and Encik Rhusdi - DM. They have been very helpful with that as they were aware that I am going for this Christmas Buffet Brunch. Before we check out, both Mr. Sonny Gan and Ms. Winnie Chen did check with our satisfaction and bid a great farewell to all of us which we feel honor. Keep up the great job team!!!! Continue to take this precaution seriously during such a vulnerable situation for the safety of both the guest and the employee. After all, my family and I did enjoy the Christmas celebration and our stay here in Swiss Garden Genting Highland. We will be honor and definitely come back for our next vacation again somewhere in the fair distance future. We will even recommend to our friends and family to stay in the Swiss Graden than the Awana.…

We love the hotel, nice swimming pool. The Front Office staff is very welcoming and friendly and i would come back here.. Room Cleanliness is up to standard, fast respond frm Housekeeping when i request for additional amenities & mineral water. KUDOS to Housekeeping team.. During departure, i meet Mr Rhusdi RDM, very courteous n professional ask about our stay here. . Good job to SGI Genting team.. Definitely will back again here wt my family and My Friends..

Room is not as clean, finger marks on kitchen hob and tables. Dust on floor & etc. All sorts of markings all over the place. Toilet is not clean too. Very poor directory to walk around. Facilities for hotel guests are scattered all over the floors. Very, very strict rules on use of facilities. Rules and fines every where. Makes a hotel guest feel like a prison. Cheap furnishings. Small room and bed. More like 3-star hotel. Overpriced. Very strict management rules. Staff is quite helpful though.

We are newlywed couple who choose the Swiss garden genting highlands for honeymoon for 4 days 3 night. We choose this location because of reading a positive review from My friend. Beautifull genting view and green forest are amazing and mesmerize both of us. My most favorite parti is cleanliness issue, this hotel is pretty clean and proper, the housekeeping supervisor named SAIFUL have been very efficent in making sure we're comfortable anda happy with our room condition. Then sweep and mop the floor, change all towels and offer all necessities that we need.. wow to you Saiful. There is an amazing observation deck on the 42nd floor, breathtaking views, the pools is also on the level, very clean and again spectacular. Enjoy stay here!!
