Since the place is still fairly new, all the facilities and equipment are in good condition. Hope that they will maintain them in the years to come. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that is equipped with mid-size fridge, an electric hob and a washing machine/dryer combo. But they do not provide any utensils apart from 3 cups and the electric kettle. To those who wish to use the machine machine, you need to bring your own detergent as they do not provide them. Oh! No microwave provided too. As for towels, they only provide 2 even though place can fit 3 adults and 2 children. The toilet could do with more hooks for clothes and rack for towels. Other then this, the apartment is clean & comfy.
As for the facilities, the pool is located outside but water is heated. It can be quite cold at time when cloudy and the wind is blowing. However, you do get a nice view of the hill side and Genting Resort on a clear day. Gym is not bad. But getting to them can be a hassle as you need to change lift. Worst if it's peak period. Ample parking space there. just be sure to remember where you park your car. There is an outdoor and indoor playground for young children which is great. Only one cafe but the food is quite nice.
In conclusion, this place is not bad, clean & spacious but it could be better. Need to add additional staff especially for the housekeeping during the peak season.

Booking.com shows 5 star, but I would say its a 3 star hotel.
Location is mid hill. For those who don't drive like me, you can Grab car all the way to hotel from KL. If want to go up to Sky Avenue/First World Plaza, take their shuttle bus or Grab to Genting Premium Outlet (GPO) that is adjacent to the Awana Sky Terminal to take the cable car.
The reason I booked this hotel is they have shuttle bus, but the shuttle bus service is a joke. Had to wait at GPO for almost an hour for the shuttle bus, 2 times. Both of which, I had to call the hotel to ask if the shuttle bus was coming. Standard answer from the hotel receptionist was: "Driver on the way". 15 minutes later, shuttle bus arrived. Obviously, after I called then they asked the shuttle bus to come to fetch me. If a hotel provides shuttle bus and hotel guests already booked, they should ensure the shuttle bus actually comes to fetch the guests, not wait till the guests call.
Buffet breakfast is so so. Not sure if it's due to COVID19 or its just like that, not much choice. Coffee taste like water while tea taste like bitter concentrated tea.
For light sleepers you might suffer like me, in my sleep I could hear neighbour room door slam close.
One good thing about the hotel is the building is rather new and the room is quite clean. Just that they are so stingy with toilet paper, didn't even put a spare toilet roll. On the day I checked in, the toilet paper was half done. Since they don't provide a spare one, next morning had to call receptionist to deliver a roll of toilet paper. Second day after room makeover, they left a spare toilet paper, third day no.
They don't seem to clean up the trash bin in front of the lifts as well. For 4 days straight, I see a used mask tangling there on top of the trash as the trash bin was full and the trash was never taken out.

We stayed 2 nights at the 2 bedroom apartment. Check in was fast. Room and hotel area are new and clean. Plenty of onsite parking. The room however is basic and nothing fancy, especially the “master bedroom (only have attached bathroom. The size is even smaller than the 2nd room). Food taste mediocre. I wouldnt order if it’s not part of the package. Swimming pool was great however still close during our stay. Playground (level 5) is great for kids. Lift rides were horrible (avoid peak time!) No housekeeping but you can call to request changes of tower etc. I called again to request mineral water at 8 pm and nobody pick up the phone ever. (Bad service) This is quite a new hotel. Swiss Garden need to improve on it food quality and customer service.

It was a disaster, simple I booked What i thought a 5-star hotel to end up in a 2 star unit with the worst service ever.
At check in we were asked to pau an Extra US $5 as a deposit for an Extra key, it was not realy Extra we booked a unit for 4 adults and got 2 plastic keys only.
We tried to have dinner at thier 5th floor Restaurant which had a buffett dinner for US$ 12 which was very cheap, but ended getting What we paid for, tasteless meal, we tried every thing they had, only the salad is ok but all the meat was over frozen and we could not eat the second bite.
They have a kitchen with no utinssles, we called asking for a fork, they said we would be cherged for it 🥴 🥴.
We tried to use the laundary service since they had a laundary bag and laundary list in the closet but i was surprised to learn they had no laundary service at all.
AC in the bedroom wich had no TV and in the living room no AC.
One remote control for the 2 AC.
We did not TRY breakfast since it was serviced at the same one we had our first Night dinner.
Toilet papers, only one when we checked-in which was used and the following days nothing, we had to buy our own.
No housekeeping service on the last day.
I will difently rate this property as 2 star max.

We checked in this hotel on 5 th april 6 pm with family. Check in was good and the staff was very cooperative . I wish I could remember his name. He showed us the the way to swimming pool and spa .

After I bought my Indian meal and drinks for the night I found that there is no glass in any of my room. I had booked 4 rooms 1 month back. Then I called the restaurant for 3 glasses for drinking. They asked me 20 rm rent against 3 glasses and 20 rm against security which was refundable next morning. It was late night and I could not walk to the market to buy disposable glasses for 1 rm.

In my whole life I had rented glasses to drink in any hotel. In that amount I could have bought a set of glasses for permanently .

So who ever is booking this hotel should come with his own water bottle, meal and disposable glasses.

I wouldnt discount the fact that it was the cheapest and decent around and good location in terms of food access and good facilities,
BUT the staff really makes u feel like u need to beg for every little extra thing you’re asking for, eg: extra room card (rm20 deposit), water bottles (rm2) , plates (rm20 JUST so u can use their full set AND rm20 deposit) . They wont believe what u say unless u have evidence, and they have the audacity to send someone to chase u at 11.20am to confirm that you’re actually checking out soon. Worst staff service ever in my life. Don’t get me started on the slow lifts.
Will i come here again? Only if i have no other choice.
1 star for making me feel like i’m so desperate to stay there.
If u wanna feel like u are experiencing a low cost airline type of stay, be their guest.

Nice spacious room, clean and looks very new. The staff friendliness & politeness are commendable but, the only drawback is the breakfast quality. Though it has a good spread but it was cold, low quality ingredients, tasteless & Swiss Garden really need to hire a real 4* chef!

The checked-in was smooth & the surroundings are really worth to checkout especially the breathtaking view on rooftop, nice swimming pool & jacuzzi, gym & children playground etc. The lobby’s decor is also surprisingly great!!

Stayed with my family early of this month. Car park was next to the lobby, which make it very convenient for us with older parents. Reception staff Ridhzaini was very passionate in explaining the booking details, our room and facilities in the hotel. After check in was greeted by Mr Rhusdi while waiting for the elevator. He was so kind recommending local eateries and nearby attraction beside going to the hilltop. Room was nice and clean. Kudos to Housekeeping in ensure our comfortable stay. Totally recommended this hotel to others that would like to avoid crowded places and closer to GPO

Late check in yet my room ain't in best condition, no double card (in Swiss Garden melaka has double card so i can keep my room cold even when I went out) I have asked for iron upon checking in but the first iron they give me has plug faulty. then after 30 minutes wait (upon calling), they send a different one and guess what, this one does not even function. I literally get lost while trying to search for the SKY pool with no easy & visible sign and non-helpful staff. Breakfast spread are mediocre. plus point is the check in + check out is very smooth (maybe bcs i check in late and check out early), aside that, not gonna repeat again. Another plus point, great view.

No free shuttle bus but they can help to arrange with some charges. You may deal with the hotel. But majority will drive and park at GPO, then take cable car from there.
