Came back to this hotel again during my birthday. Love the view so much. The check in was fast and smooth and the receptionist is very polite and explained to me very detailed. Got a free cake at the restaurant when I was in for dinner. Thank you for your great service. Definitely will be back again next time.

The most downside is the lift. Too many people waited for too long. 2nd, the room C33A06 water heater in master bedroom and sleeping lamp were faulty. By time we checked in at 7 pm, the maintenance person offers to repair it but we are too tired. An exceptional service would be for the desk to follow up and at least offer change a new room.

I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with my recent stay at the Swiss Garden Genting Hotel. It is with great regret that I must highlight numerous issues that have left me utterly dissatisfied. Firstly, the elevator service was nothing short of abysmal. I had to wait for a staggering 40 minutes for the lift, only to have it bypass my floor altogether. This level of inconvenience is simply unacceptable, especially for a hotel of Swiss Garden Genting's supposed caliber. Moreover, the service provided throughout my stay was woefully inadequate. Despite raising multiple complaints, there was a conspicuous lack of action from the hotel staff. It is distressing to witness such apathy towards guests' concerns, as if they are of no consequence. Adding to my dissatisfaction, the WiFi service provided was nothing short of disastrous. Since there was no cell reception on the 33rd floor, I was forced to rely on the hotel's WiFi, which was incredibly slow and unreliable. This limitation severely affected my ability to stay connected and attend to important matters. To my dismay, this was not the first time I encountered these issues at Swiss Garden Genting. I previously experienced similar problems three years ago, and it is disheartening to note that no improvements have been made since then. The hotel's failure to rectify recurring issues demonstrates a clear lack of commitment to maintaining its proclaimed 4.5-star standard. Additionally, the quality of the food was far from satisfactory. The dishes lacked flavor and freshness, failing to meet even the most basic expectations. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with evident neglect in maintaining hygiene standards. Lastly, I feel compelled to highlight the poor management exhibited by Swiss Garden Genting. It is disconcerting to witness such disregard for guests' comfort and satisfaction, as evidenced by the aforementioned issues. In conclusion, my experience at Swiss Garden Genting was nothing short of a nightmare. The hotel's recurring problems, unsatisfactory service, subpar food quality, lack of cleanliness, and inept management have left me with a lasting impression of disappointment and frustration. I strongly urge the hotel to address these grievances promptly and take measures to prevent such experiences from recurring in the future.

Arrived at 6pm, room still not ready. A lot of other guests waiting at lobby. Many unhappy. The whole place looks and feel more like an Airbnb. Toilet in the 2 bedroom apartment was smelly. Had to use Clorex to wash it before use. Kitchen came without any cultery. Washing machine came without detergent. Towels and bedsheets stained.

The design of the room wasn't really creatively done. In general, most hotels room design comes with led lights and that just adds more better lighting and highlights the entire room, it's very soothing, believe me. I was expecting led lights hidden behind the bathroom mirror, ceiling and etc. It was a super simple and basic design. I highly recommend creating shapes and sizes of the room, this can help attract more tourists, I guarantee y'all. Other than that, the bathroom floor wasn't made out of tiles, anyone could have slip, it's very dangerous, especially for the kids and elders. Hence, the room was a 2/5 for me. However, the facilities are 7/10. I like where there is gymnasium, cafeteria, swimming pool and many more. As for me, I personally think the food is pretty much the best thing in this hotel, it was Chef kiss. 👄 But, I wish the breakfast area could be built more bigger because there's too much people and it's really squeezy. The better, the stronger. I know y'all can grow and I know you will. Luck is always with you.
