It seems normal for a homestay to check in after 3pm but checking out by 11am is just too early. There is a lot of staff behind the counter but just 1 counter processing the check-in. Deposit RM200. Even we booked the 2 bedroom suite, they will allocate 1 free parking only. You may check with security, they will charge RM10 per day. The parking is very dark and the designs are a bit confusing. There are a few kitchen utensils provided but I hope they will consider providing some chopsticks and a pot. We can't do much with a mini frying pan. The bathroom is good as the heater can last longer before it turns cold. We barely have time to enjoy anything else here even we chose to come on Fri & Sat. We didn't manage to have time to go out after checking in. The lift waiting process is always the longest. It always went to the top and bring down many passengers direct shoot to the lowest floor. If I don't have any luggage, I would have used the stairs. The possibility of coming back to this condo is low and I will try my best to avoid this agent (Maple Home).

Honestly, this is my third stay with the property.

I will prefer them bcos it’s really reasonable for friends and family even if you are on the trip with your love. Just like to stay at home with very nice comfort and nice design residences. One thing to highlight is their management was a double request on the booking page to have RM200 compulsory deposit while u checking in. This is really unreasonable since we only pay 150+ for the room but 200 for the deposit? Actually, they have quite some nice rules for you to follow like late check-out charges of 50 per hour (check-out time 11 am instead 12 pm), wrong parking in wrong lot 50 per car per time, and not wearing swimwear subject to charges 200! Btw, I’m checked in 11 pm due my long road trip from the East coast. I have no cash with me and I’m not using a credit card. The front desk asked me to go petrol station for atm 200 to pay the deposit or else I can’t check in! Even though I offer to pay by touch n go or debit card number for security they won’t accept! ( just to inform this is the only hotel I stay along the trip for 10 nights insisting to have a deposit ) At last, I paid by bank transfer. And it takes 7 days (I can’t RMB is a working day or not) to refund! * Well, this is really a good property to stay with but u have to know all those rules and be disciplined! Enjoy!

Very long wait for the lifts, you can spend more than 30mins during the peak waiting and you might even have to ride it up before going down and only if you are lucky! There are more han 38 floors with 4 lifts and the stairs are locked! So you cant even use the stairs on case of certain emergency and you want to walk down!

Check in was very fussy as they only allow you to do so at 3pm SHARP! Not even 2.45pm and they let a long line build when they could have started processing people earlier.

Room and sofa was stinky, bathroom built poorly so water overflows when showering (doesnt go down fast enough). My family who took another room had toilet issues and changed rooms, and then had heater issues.

Overall poor experience. If not for its cheaper price for a 2 bedroom, would have avoided.

We had a large suites apartment. We stayed here because we needed a place to stay that comes with washing machine & dryer after travelling a few days. We were happy to have chosen this place. It's reasonably priced and we had a comfortable stay. Just wished that they could allow us to check-in earlier since we arrived early, but I guess we could not expect that since it was at peak season weekend before that.

Pros: Cheapstay- $200ish Sgd , Near many eateries, watsons, 7 eleven, washer/dryer provided. Cons: Reminds me of Amber court residences, got hantu vibe outside of building. Smelly bathroom, full of drain fly larvae, moldy , musky smell, run down, alot of stains on walls and sofa. Extra bedroom, sofa full of dustmites causes my son to keep scratching. Don't think they use vacuum to vacuum apartment. No housekeeping, everything have to do, request yourself. Microwave dirty, nvr upkeep. Bedroom doors warped down on one side, so closing always noisy, lifts always full and slow, lvl 6 access card cannot use for Lift 3, rem that! Heater turns cold after 15 mins. 1st & last time booked from this agent Maple Home. Won't come back again!

The apartment suite we stayed in was exactly as per the photos advertised - apartment was spacious, clean, comfy and well equipped. There is a large swimming pool and a children’s playground as well as a cafe inside the building and location of the apartment is strategic as it is within walking distance to the shops outside.
We stayed for 2 nights and are very happy with our stay and will be back.

T2-L9-07 Dusty furniture & fan. Crumbs on coffee table, TV console. Cobweb on balcony railing. Door handles at patio glass & common toilet falls off upon handling. No drinking water bottle. No bath towel until requested. Convenience stores & restaurants walking distance. Bed comfortable. Shower good. Balcony wind & night view of Resort World good. Not value for money as expected more for "Premier" as advertised.

My wife was fooled by the photos in the advertisement. This place is dirty, poorly maintained and the bathroom stinks. Bathroom window cannot be closed and we have to use a plastic bag to cover the opening. Claimed to have three towels but there were only two. TV didn’t work and the TECHICIAN said it all depended on our luck after 15 minutes of fiddling with the TV. Work up in the morning and discovered inside bite on both my tights.

This apartment is really poorly managed. First, check in was handles by different management team located on the different building, and they also didnt informed when we made the booking. When we arrived at the building , were informed by the security guard that we should went to the other building ( in the other side of the road) to checking in.
We booked for two room apartment; but one of the room without window and only one toilet in the apartment! The toilet was smelly and not clean!!! 😓😓
The lifts was under capacity during peak hours, long waiting time ( as lifts alway full )!
And the car parking ramp turning corner is super tight, dont drive up if you drive a big car!

This place is recommended. Only if...

The only reason I gave a 3 star is because the check in and check out is a mess. They will only check in guests at 3pm sharp which by then the q is 1 mile long. And not to mention only 1 person to check customers in. The check out is at 11am which causes everyone to jammed up the lifts. We waited 40mins for lifts. So if you are not patient or do not have the time to wait, this place is nkt for you.

Location is great since it is walking distance to many shops in that area.
