This hotel was awarded the Guinness World Records title for the Largest Hotel (as of 20 June 2015). The rooms are comfortable but are way too far from the best. The service is average. The check-in and check-put process was good. Very crowded place. There are great chances of kids getting lost.

The room was small, but it doesn't matter cause I had a good sleep and normally go there for a short 2-3 days stay maximum. The C/I process is what I love, because normally I will reach after midnight and they uses the C/I machine which allowed fast C/I and C/O process even thought the queue is long.

Everything from this hotel did not impressed me. The outside building looked ordinary, while inside the lobby quite surprised me.? Of the many available check-in counters but only a few are open. Many services are also available for the self-check-in counter, but almost no attendants help when there are guests who need help. It's a shame!! Even they asked for...

Stay 2nights at First World Hotel. Value for money- good location with a few choice of eateries near by. Not an excellent hotel in term of Cleanliness- the floor is wet and smell is not good. Not worth to buy 24hr wifi connection at hotel lobby- most of the time no connection/very very slow and you can only use at...

After so many years back to genting to have a new look. Yes, is totally different if you are a regular customer for the pass. Firstly, we stayed in the tower 3 which is new compared to Tower 1 and 2. The old first world indoor theme park and casino no longer there. It's replaced by the sky avenue and...

Sadly there is no more cinema in First World Hotel. The check in was really long. Try to avoid rooms facing the opposite rooms. Lack of privacy. The air around the walkway seems stuffy and it wasn't cooling at all. Avoid opening the window as there are many people smoking in the room with their windows opened. Plenty of nicotine...

I got the room for a very cheap price at RM 52 per night. The room is very basic and clean. Small room with small toilet and bath, small tv too. But no complains for the price I paid. The hotel has a good location. Close to sky way, sky avenue and sky casino. A lot of restaurants in the...

The place so crowded, even on normal weekdays. I managed to book a room with two single bed for MYR52 - 1 Day Stay. It was ok. Small and neat. No aircond, very small TV. Situated far away from the lifts and water dispenser. The lobby at the hotel was too busy. It looks more of a bus/ taxi terminal....
