There are a lots of counter. But only two counters are open. And each person/group at checkin counter, took about half and one hour until they done with the room. Each staff at the counter always need the higher position to process the booking.

This hotel was horrible! I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The rooms were shocking! The towels were so bad they didn’t even dry properly. The bathroom light had so many insects in it, the shower head pretty much shows a hole in the wall which should be covered. The bed sheets were stained. I asked to get them changed and no one even showed up. We stayed 2 nights and they failed to replace towels the 2nd night resulting in number of calls to front desk and staff to get towels which never showed up. I would avoid this hotel. It isn’t worth the money at all.

Tagged as the holder of Guinness World Record of the Largest Hotel, it disappoints the expectation. The room was congested, space around toilet seat very less, no water bottles in the room and above all no WIFI in this age of connectivity. There were more than 20 counters for hotel check-in but only 2 were working and taking lot of time at least 20 minutes per person.

Trust all the bad reviews and none of the good ones, worst place ever. Couldn’t early check-in, room when check in is super small and not as show as picture, can’t choose view so had window view. Online said early check in 6am, counter said earliest 11am, had to wait at counter for 9 hours.

My family had booked this hotel for the last two days of our holiday . He had booked two rooms . We were all excited about coming here but when we arrived that soon changed . You could only check in using the machines and when our passports wouldn’t work a man came over and tried and told us the machine was broken before moving us to another machine, where again it wouldn’t scan our passports . We asked if we could check in at the desk where he told us “ no” when asked why he replied by saying “ I don’t know”. Anyway then he tried to take my dads passport away to see someone else and I had to stop him as I wasn’t going to let him take a passport without us being there . He was not happy when I said I wasn’t going to let him take my passport away from us without us there , so he took us back to the machines where this time it worked but he even questioned us if we had biometric passports which we did and had no problems anywhere else . We done one room and then asked if we would like a connecting room where we said yes and he clicked and said there isn’t it . But what he hadn’t done was done the other room that we had . So finally managed to get our keys after what was more of a nightmare when we could have just checked in at the desk . We headed to our room and I can only explain them as basic like a hostel . The room was dated , there where marks on the wall . The telly did not even work as you wouldn’t watch it because of the lines and there was hardly any channels in English. It was poor compared to all the other hotels we had stayed at during our holiday . You could hear next door rooms and above . I would definitely not recommend and did not enjoy our stay here . …

I booked for 2 nights but stayed for only one night, there are more than 7000 rooms in this hotel, so it took 2 hrs in the queue for the check in, out of 30 counters only 5-7 people available for check in, then rooms are very small in fact I booked y5 triple room, even that room is very compact. Basic rooms, good hot water shower, But location was good. If you are on budget you can book this hotel, else you can check other hotels nearby.

Big hotel with the most rooms. There are no air conditioning for the room as it is not necessary due to the cool weather in the high altitude. Room size is reasonable and amenities are basic. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.

The room is small. And dirty. Plenty of hair and dirt in my room. But i think this is the only hotel above the casino... Check in use machine and check out use machine so no need to wait any queuing so long. When check out waiting the lift maybe 15 minutes...

This is the most horrible hotel I ever stay! It’s deluxe room have no Aircon, window outlook with another room just one meter away! The towels was the thinner I ever had! Fan on top of bed made lots of noise! No slipper! Toilet bowl water leaking! No drinking provider! Worst still no wifi! The TV sound from next door was all night long, the blanket was humid…
