The hotel has very good view of the valley. The service is extremly very good. Great place for weekend trip. There are few casinos in its vicinity. The resorts are also very very good. The water park is amazing. There resorts are fun for kids. The rope way of about 20 min is very exciting. To reach Gen ting, there...

We travelled to Genting and stayed at the Maxim Suite Hotel. This was the best hotel at Genting and all the rooms are suites which are very spacious. The bathroom has a massive bath with a TV and a window that looks on to the mountains. The view from the balcony was breath-taking, especially in the mornings when the mountains...

Me and the wife went for the James Ingram concert up on Resorts World Genting and we decided to go for a stay up in the hills, for a refreshing and cooling break away from the hustle-and-bustle of humid KL. Instead of the First World or Resort Hotels, both of which we have stayed previously, we decided to splurge for...

Was disappointed that the in-room-safe wasn't working. There was also not very fresh looking fruits in the room. Was unable to switch off some lights near the beds (either whole room OFF or whole room ON). But the service there was one of the best. Staff was very polite and check in was very fast and easy.

Before this trip, I had stayed in Genting's mid-range, big-size hotels, and found them much too spartan for my liking. This time, I opted for Genting Grand as the five-star option. Coupled with the highlands' rugged beauty and cool, misty air, I expected this to be the perfect romantic weekend. It wasn't. To be fair, by local standards the hotel...

Spacious room with new furnishing, not to mention each comes with your own nespresso machine ticks premium all round. Hotel service has been friendly and prompt. Downside would hav to be its lacks of outdoor view from the premier room we were located, lvl9. Also 80% of room lighting is controlled by one master switch which could be a hassle...

This is not just a hotel... it is a mini paradise. The hotel is connected to all the theme parks, hotels, and gambling casinos via convenient shopping arenas. We found the whole genting heights development an outstanding achievement. Our cable ride to the heights was itself one of the best experiences for our family. We have to applaud the chinese...

We just spent a nite in the Genting Grand yesterday(16.9.2013). The rebranded genting grand was formerly the Genting Highland Hotel. It was the oldest and first hotel in malaysia granted a casino licence and was the only and tallest structure in genting highland then. The hotel had very spacious rooms and very good layout of facilities and it was the...

Its a huge huge hotel with hundreds and hundreds of rooms. Hence there is no concept of a room service or house keeping if you ask for. You may get lost in this entire place. rooms are too cramped and if one family has to stay then probably one of them will have to sit and sleep. the only advantage...
