It is a very average hotel, not the 4 star as it claimed to be- more of a 3 star standard. The rooms are clean but basic. The staffs are generally friendly and helpful. The main shortcoming of this hotel is that Wifi connection is only available at the hotel lobby, not in the rooms even if one is willing...

We went to stay there for 5 nights. Last July, 14, I complained about the heavy stained carpet and lamented the management should look into this matter? Indeed they do. Now the room has new carpet and presented a different outlook. The toiletries remain full and they provide new slippers daily hoping the guests would use them so that the...

Revisited RESORT HOTEL and reckon it is still GOOD! The Genting Group has now invested about five (5) billion Malaysian Dollars and JV with the U.S 20 Century Fox group to bring the RESORT HOTEL to a world class resort. The construction work has started and planned to be completed in the year 2016. With the recent two MH flight...

very dissapointed with this 4.5star hotel, if you speak English it is very to be understood and we were not able to communicate to the reception area when calling from our room to ask about making a local phone call, overall the rooms look nice and hotel looks new however very disappointed that a 4.5 star hotel does not have...

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights from 18 to 20th Jan. 2015. Equipped with all the basic needs. Meals are easily available though some of the restaurant price are super high. Not for children for the time due to the major "make over" of 20th century fox theme park. But the casino is always available 24/7 for the adults....

Brought the family up to Genting for the first time after 6 years. In general, Genting is a far cry from what it used to be in term of family holidays (it doesn't matter to the casino goers). The outdoor theme park is closed for a total revamp and there is nothing much in the indoor theme park. Compared to...

I have always stayed at resort hotel whenever I visit genting. It's very comfortable and clean in the room, and service wise is well maintained. Although it's unlike Maxims with wifi in each room, I have always sticked to resort hotel. However, this revisit I was slightly disappointed with the security of the hotel. Although there was a security at...

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days, weather was amazing outdoors, however, not much to do .. Outdoor breakfast at the lobby coffee shop .. And thats it. No walking roads, biking activity, rooftop dining .. Nothing to do but sit in your room Generally, they need to create more attractions for tourists until the park is reopened

I stayed here in April 2013, had travelled along with a group of friends. This is a good hotel- nice, clean and comfortable. But, that's all to it. See, the whole point of going to Genting Highland is to be in the amusement park and enjoy the various experiences there. Nobody goes to all the way to Genting to enjoy...
