Metal bars sticking out from the bottom of the bed that scar and injure your feet. No real fix other than to place the mattress over top of them for the next person to be hurt. One employee in both units for the morning. Continental breakfast ran out of multiple items and unable to get it fixed in time due...

The lobby is filled with smoke. There is NOT a pool, it's been filled with concrete. The halls are dark and the carpet stained. I didn't bother looking at the room. Dick's grill is open and it's ok, however. Don't stay here.

Spent two nights at Sunset Inn suites 3 weeks ago. After a long drive in the snow and dark from Thunder Bay I was very disappointed to learn that: a) the website advertised: Dick & Nellie's Bar & Grill, had burned down and the closest place to get a meal was a 20 minute walk! b) the Sunset Splash Family...

This is an old hotel with the very basics. The outdated room was okay and clean for a overnight stay while traveling but not recommended for those on holidays looking for enjoyment. Considering the price you can do better at one of the other better hotels. The hotel restaurant does not have a restaurant so you'll to pay for a...

It was ok. Clean but needs updates. The room I had was a miss mash of old counters that had been abandoned. The bathroom needs remodeled badly. It was clean thats about all the good I can say about it.

We stayed at this hotel last week and I have to say we were quite disappointed. The first room that we received smelled like a wet dog and the carpet in a couple of places was wet. That situation was rectified immediately and the second room was much better, smell wise. The beds were not the most comfortable, but they...

Despite what other people have wrote here I had a pleasant business stay at the Sunset Inn last winter. It is probably the best accommodation in town, and I had a restful sleep there. WiFi was reliable and It's just too bad that they don't have the water park available anymore because that was a highlight of my stay. There...

Stayed in the "Inn," not the "Suites." The whole place smelled overwhelmingly like an ashtray and burning dog hair. Room was filthy. Sink pipes leaked onto carpet. Obvious mold on carpet and wall. Should have immediately checked out and found another motel, but was too tired. If you can't afford to travel to a third world country but want to...

I stayed at the Sunset Inn for several weeks. The room was large, with a big fridge, stove, plenty of storage, a very comfortable bed and a large flat screen TV with lots of channels. The WIFI was surprisingly fast. The hotel and room was always very clean. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous, some going as far as...

I recently was in Sioux Lookout on business and I stayed at the Sunset Inn and Suites. I found the room to be larger than average and very clean. There was a great breakfast included. The room had a large bathroom too! Front Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was quick.
