Having visited Watamu several times since 2009 Turtle Bay is the place for us, the hotel is clean the rooms are excellent and the staff are always there to help. We ate out a lot but, when we stopped at the hotel to eat the food was great. Will most certainly be back soon. Thanks Daimion

I visited TBBC in 2008 and the memories are still fresh. I must admit at first I was apprehensive because I took this holiday solo and my greatest fear was that as a BLACK female checking into a hotel at the coast I would be mistreated. BUT WOW! My fears were very quickly dispelled right at the reception as we...

Had a good time and the kids enjoyed themselves especially a the kids club. The food was lovely although they could sometimes do the Swahili food. Didn't know about massage parlour until my last day there so please you need to advertise things like this. Otherwise we really had good fun

We don't usually go for all-inclusive packages, but Turtle Bay most certainly changed our minds about how nice and personable they can be. Everything was pretty much perfect. Excellent food for buffet style presentation, clean rooms and facilities and everyone seemed genuinely friendly and interested in ensuring all of the guests were having a pleasant and relaxing stay. As some...

I am in the hotel at this very moment, using the computers for which they charge by the minute. They go to great lengths to tell you about all the great projects they're involved in. What they should be doing is maintaining the rooms. First the safe didn't work. Then the air conditioning didn't work. When I went to call...
