This was our fourth visit and we were not disappointed. We booked for lunch and arrived earlier than planned. This was not a problem with the restaurant very quiet. My wife ordered the Middle Eastern Lamb (her favourite dish here) and I ordered a special of the day, Lamb ciabatta with chips & minted gravy (this should be on the...

I arranged a table at the Three Tuns on the 16th Jan to hold a committee meeting for the South Tees Diabetes UK Family Group. Although we didn't have food and only soft drinks The staff were very accommodating and friendly, wonderful environment. After the meeting the staff informed us that for future events they could put on sandwiches/ lunch...

Had the pleasure of staying here in September. A hidden gem found in a beautiful setting. The room was gorgeous, very clean and beautifully decorated. The food is awesome, the Sunday lunch is a must! The staff are great, nothing was too much trouble for them. Plenty of lovely walks in the area and the village is so quaint and picturesque,...

Went in for Sunday lunch after a walk. Good selection of meals, fiancee decided on the Sea bass with truffle risotto rather than the roast beef. All very enjoyable and reasonably priced Ale was good and staff friendly.

Once again we called at this dog friendly pub for lunch after a walk round the reservoir and found it to be welcoming and fantastic food. Our third or fourth visit and will always come back. Friendly staff and excellent food.

Both the Yorkshire pud and the roast potatoes were very dry, hard and over cooked...and impossible to cut through them.I think they had been sat in...

Was meant to meeting people in a local cafe but it was closed so we went here instead. So glad we did. The food was excellent and the staff were lovely. Very reasonably priced as well. I had a steak sandwich which was cooked the perfection; as were the chips. The other 4 members of the party were all very...

After a long wet walk piled in here with 3 dogs and was made very welcome. We had a little nook so we were away from anyone else who was dining. I feel that if the place had been much busier we may have struggled to get in. It was a bit cold but we got them to put the...

Having had a wonderful meal a few weeks ago we decided to Book a short stay for my birthday. It was nice to be remembered and welcomed warmly. Our room was very clean (very good to see pillow and bed hygiene covers) and well furnished. The shower room very nice with a wonderful shower. (Very welcome after a day walking)....
