We had a dinner and stayed for a night at this place! The owners are very kind, but always a bit busy because it is a couple and the do all the work by their own. The food was good, tasty and proper! The wine-list surprised by selection of the wines, vintages and attractive prices. Had a bottle of Saint...

Very disappointing. The patron denied our reservation, offering us instead a more expensive room. When shown the paperwork, begrudgingly conceded, but never spoke to us again. Ended up in an old room which gave the appearance of being closed up for weeks. The following morning, the bill had the higher price! By contrast, his wife was charming, but not enough...

We had some time in Macon to spare and fancied a lunch so we found this place on tripadvisor and headed over to see what it was like. On a lovely warm day the terrace at the back offered really nice shaded tables so we asked for a table and were offered a choice of where to sit. the menu...

I spent one week-end in this hotel with friends to discover the area. The hotel is very simple and the room was very small. The price / quality ratio is too high and location as nothing special. The meals were ok, without anything special

We have been visiting this hotels as a perfect stop after a long car trip. The hotel is conveniënt located in the proximity of Autoroute du Soleil. The owners are warm and personal. Offerend you great a gratis braafst, lunch or diner. These elements make the hotel so different from this anonymous F1 or Campanille factories. The pleasant thing is:...

Stayed here on our way to the south of France. Nice little village. Our room was in the annex. Very basic - old style French! No air con, although being June this wasn't too much of a problem. The evening meal on the restaurant terrace was really delicious - couldn't fault it. The breakfast was also more than adequate.

Like many people, we used this hotel as our ‘break point’ between Calais and Provence. It was a very pleasant summer evening and the village gave us the opportunity to recharge our batteries after a long first day’s drive, we even found time to take in a (walking distance) wine tasting and made a few purchases to stock our villa...

We stayed here for one night on our way to the Mediterranean coast from north of London. Location is very convenient, being less than five minutes from the autoroute. The rooms are on the small, even cramped, size, but are survivable for one night - I would think that the bathrooms have recently been renovated. They have adopted the annoying...

Revisiting one year later, standards have been maintained. Free wifi was a big bonus with the kids. The dining room is a very pleasant rectangular room and it surely has quite a local reputation. Service was a little slow throughout, especially at the start, though we were not in a hurry. The (presumed) husband and wife owners were two of...

We arrived at this place upon recommendation of locals at 2.15pm on a Saturday. Everything else was closed in the region at that time so we were pretty desperate to eat anything. The owner told us that the kitchen was closed but as I asked him for recommendation, he offered to prepare us two salads with season vegetables. He went...
