Stayed here overnight in one of the casitas that's good for 6 - note that kids sleeping in the same bed with parents are included in the max room occupancy of 6. Everything good about this place is cancelled out by the very poor customer service. Having read bad reviews here, I thought my expectations were quite managed. Unfortunately, it...

Went here with my church Mates and Family. The beach is really Nice And Very Clean. We spend a Day here. Its 350 per Head, 125 for the Parking, Per car and 1500 for the cottage. The staff wer very friendly and accommodating. Wil definitely Come back and try their rooms for over night stay.

The pictures on their website look deceiving. We went there last May 13, 2017 and we got disappointed upon arriving on the resort. The reception area looks cheap as well as the picnic hut. The price doesn't fit with its facilities. Entrance of 350 and a picnic hut for 1500 were too overpriced. You can't enjoy the whole place because...

One thing I liked about this place was the atmosphere of relaxed uncrowded beachfront. Maybe they have limited rooms for overnight guest. For those who are only staying for the day, they offer the pick nick area where you can bring your own food or grill them at no cost. Just rent a pick nick hut for 1500 and pay...

Had a pleasant stay. Only downside is that there is lots of walking to and from the room to the dining area. No pool as well. But beach is ok and I like the size of the rooms. Definitely going back! Worth the long drive!

It was a long weekend, but since we did not have time to scout to reserve an over night stay in Laiya weeks before, we found almost all resort in this area are fully booked. So we decided to just walk in for a day tour in Virgin Beach Resort. Cons: Atmosphere: Relaxed and less crowded beach front. Has an...

Our family stayed for 3days and 2nights in a cabana and overall it was a pleasant stay. Beautiful, uncrowded and clean waters. The only thing they need to improve is the meal package which is mandatory for you to avail when you're staying overnight. Very little choices of food for a very expensive amount. They should've added more fruit platter/choices...

Instead of anti-stress...it was stressful experience. overpriced in room accomodation and meal package. Supposedly buffet becomes managed buffet with little serving not worthy of P1,600. Service likewise was very poor. Do not waste your money here.

We went for a relaxing stay but me and my husband was so stressed with their service. We need to call their cellphone number since there is no way of reaching the frontdesk (far away from our cabana) just to make a follow up on beddings, towels etc. Very disappointing service since there were only five families accomodated for an...
