Our family stayed for 3days and 2nights in a cabana and overall it was a pleasant stay. Beautiful, uncrowded and clean waters. The only thing they need to improve is the meal package which is mandatory for you to avail when you're staying overnight. Very little choices of food for a very expensive amount. They should've added more fruit platter/choices...

Instead of anti-stress...it was stressful experience. overpriced in room accomodation and meal package. Supposedly buffet becomes managed buffet with little serving not worthy of P1,600. Service likewise was very poor. Do not waste your money here.

We went for a relaxing stay but me and my husband was so stressed with their service. We need to call their cellphone number since there is no way of reaching the frontdesk (far away from our cabana) just to make a follow up on beddings, towels etc. Very disappointing service since there were only five families accomodated for an...

We went to Virgin Beach Resort last April 12 for an overnight stay. We don't have a reservation so we decided to be at the resort as early as possible. When we checked in at 9am,we're advice to go to the pavillion while they are cleaning up our room, but it took us the whole morning waiting. When we followed...

Owner and management seems to be just interested in earning money and not looking at customer service! Suggest you go elsewhere in Laiya. Palm beach and acquatico have superb customer reviews. I should've considered the negative reviews posted here...

We made our way to Laiya, San Juan, Batangas without any resort reservations and was looking at a potential resort but was almost turned away because they only accepted day-trippers beginning at 2pm (it was 1130am when we arrived). Since a big group had reserved the resort the night before, one of the receptionists said that we can already use...

First off, I'm just really grateful that there's a beach 2.5 hours from Manila that isn't overrun by beach huts, lounge chairs, trash and mendicants. I hope they keep their very long & wide stretch of beach as near-pristine as it is now. This may mean less accommodations, and so, less revenue, but it's for this pristine beach that I'm...

the staffs are not customer service oriented. the beach is beautiful but there's no experience at all due to their people. they don't have the knowledge to treat there guest politely. and also we were situated at the area where there's teambuilding, it was too noisy.

being a tourism industry professional, I initially wanted to commend the service and upkeep of the resort. On our 2nd day, we found out ourselves (they didn't inform us) when we inquired about their water activities that use of kayak is complimentary. We also availed their banana boat and fly fish and finished at around 11:30am. There were 6 of...
