We are on our honeymoon and enjoying the facilities here. We are staying for 8 days but the first night was booked separately so we are able to leave this review with a few more nights to go.

The hotel presents very well, clean and well organised which is important given the current circumstances. The front of house staff are very friendly and helpful, especially George who has been very helpful.

Everything is great when you are inside the hotel however the cracks begin to appear when you go outside by the pool.

We struggled to get service quite a lot, we sometimes have to get up and go searching for staff to take our drinks orders when we are on the pool loungers. This is disappointing when we want to pay for cocktails and nobody comes.

Getting an ice bucket for our drinks and to keep our sun creams and waters cool (it was 39 degrees yesterday) and it has been a struggle every day so far. They say they cannot provide, even when we buy drinks. A pitcher of sangria tastes like hot fruit tea after a short time!

One of the bar staff has been quite difficult a couple of times (I think he just dislikes his job or dislikes us..). He bought over our drinks and mixed the Malibu and the Gin around so we poured the tonic inside the Malibu and piñeapple with the gin. We went up to the bar and he was difficult about changing it, even though it was his error. Then another staff member came and changed our drinks for us.

The same guy refused to provide us a with a cork screw for our bottle of wine in our room and wanted us to bring the bottle down. This is a 5 star hotel and these are the little things that really leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Finally, there are (as we expect) a few groups who have no disregard for social distancing. There is a fantastic lady at the pool who always blows her whistle when they are getting too close to others but the other guards do or say nothing. I think it’s expected that staff are very strict on the Covid awareness rules and protocols to ensure your hotel stays safe.

Let’s see how the remaining few days are and I will post a full review when we get home. There are nice nice 5 star hotels very close by so depending on the rest of the stay, we may try another one next time.

We had a standard double room with pool view. The view was excellent with a view of the pool and the ocean. We were a family of 3 with a teenage daughter who slept on the sofa bed, which was a little narrow and perhaps more suitable for a younger child. The food was excellent with an wide choice both for breakfast and dinner. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and particular attention was taken to the current Covid-19 situation, all staff wore masks and regularly used hand disinfectant, customers weren't required to wear masks but everyone did and there were masks in the room when we arrived. Thanks to Oscar, our dining experience was even better, always with a smiling face (despite the mask) and a warm greeting each time we visited his section. Beverage prices were very reasonable and the quality was excellent, both in the restaurant and hotels bars. The pool is very large and there were plenty of comfortable sun beds (unfortunately we still had the usual towel reservations of sun beds from early morning despite the fact that some weren't used until late afternoon)

We stayed in a junior suite with a sea view. Having visited now I would recommend the pool view instead as whilst you can see the sea your view is obstructed by a line of not very attractive buildings.
The hotel it's modern, clean and the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. An asset to the company !!
The room was lovely however the mattress is very hard, which I appreciate comes down to personal preference but for us was not great.
As is common in modern hotels no tea or coffee making facilities , which I would have liked.
The bathroom offers both a bath and a shower and is very spacious. Other things that niggle are that you have to pay to hire the room safe. For an establishment like this I would rather that was included in room rate than to feel like you have to pay for 'extras'.
Along that line to use the pools ( indoor and out) there is a €15 hire charge for towels ( refundable).
A 2 minute walk from hotel is the bus stop that takes you into Palma ( bus no 25) . They run through the day and night about every 10 minutes. €2 single trip into Palma. Excellent service which we used regularly.
The A2 bus also stops here ( about every half hour) which goes direct to airport.
The beach and promenade are great for long walks and gorgeous sunsets.
The hotel breakfast offering is plentiful, tasty and great value.

We already travelled a lot and have stayed in many 5* hotels, but this hotel exceeds everything. The luxurious rooms are very spacious with fully equipped bathroom ( shower, bath and separated toilet) in high quality material.
From the spacious balcony you have a beautiful sea view. Breakfast is very extensive and of excellent quality. This also applies to dinner which is very varied. Drinks and wines are served very neatly and are very affordable, as well as the snacks at noon.
The staff is extremely friendly. Nothing is too much for them. They all look happy, so we are too!
Sunbeds are really comfortable with enough distance, swimming pools are great. And we had great times in the rooftopbar.
This hotel is really a must, we do not know a better 5stars!

The room was perfect, big and airy with a large bathroom with a bath, wetroom style shower, double sink, plenty of shelving on top as well as underneath. And to top that off a lovely view of the pool and sea from the massive bed and balcony.
The hotel had all the amenities you would expect, a good size gym, a wonderful spa, large outside spaces and the restaurant had a wide range of foods, although unfortunately it did not cater for vegans.

I did mention this a couple of times as well as to reception so hopefully this will change in the future. There was plenty of salad, vegetables and fruit but it would have been nice to have a bit more variety as well as vegan meals.

The chefs were very helpful though and one day made me some vegan sushi and another day created a platter of vegetables for me to make my own Mexican wraps from.

Overall a wonderful hotel and I would not hesitate to return.

My wife and I live in Denmark and booked a last minute break to celebrate our 1yr anniversary to this hotel once the lockdown eased.

Hotel is amazing, it’s clean, modern and has brilliant facilities such as pool bar, lobby bar, roof bar, small gym, spa and spa treatments.

Which I appreciate that COVID has changed the world the hotel has done amazing to set up so they can open there were a few things that I felt lacked given the 5 star status. It could be me just being picky and I am 100% sure that as the hotel continues to adjust these items will no doubt improve and my wife and I would come back and stay here.

The staff appear to cater for German guests more as in they can all speak a good level of German but some, especially the service staff struggle with English, however my Spanish is non existent so I shouldn’t complain.

Some nights, as we went half board, we had finished our dinner before being able to grab the attention of staff to get drinks for the table be that water or wine.

The cocktails are also a little inconsistent e.g. the tequila for margarita or Long Island has an aniseed flavour. This could be because the spirit isn’t a premium brand or the mixologist mistakenly used ouzo or similar.

Breakfast always offered a great selection including freshly cooked eggs - scrambled, poached, omelette or fried.

Dinner again was superb, had a grill station for meet such a freshly cut steak, rabbit, lamb, chicken and they also had a fish station for whole fish, prawns, fillets etc.

Evening entertainment was also quality on the roof bar, heaven, with live music and table service.

We traveled with our 16 and 17 year old daughters and all of us had a fantastic holiday.
The hotel and facilities are superb. Our stylish room overlooked the pool with a seaview and we couldn't ask for more. All facilities were excellent and the staff were professional, friendly and attentive.
There are many German guests so sunbed games are standard! Despite signs saying towels will be removed by staff, just play the game and reserve beds with your towels like everyone else. We did this every day and neither staff or other guests touched them. We went to the beach early in the mornings to swim but it became busy during the day with mostly younger tourists,. We chose to stay by the pool the rest of the time and were happy with that routine. Avoid heading south along the promenade as you'll mainly find young German tourists and establishments to cater for their needs eg. cheap bars and supermarkets, tattoo shops and beach sellers. It's not great! One other consideration, we are vegan and there were no specific vegan or vegetarian options. However the choice of food was amazing and we got by. We did speak with the hotel about this and they said they'll be looking at this.
Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely choose to return

Dear Tracy: First of all, thank you very much for your time in writing us your review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Indeed, many guests ignore the prohibition of reserving sunbeds. If there are guests who need sunbeds, the staff removes towels from sunbeds occupied without guests. If a guest does not find in our buffet the variety of vegetables he needs, just by letting us know, we will prepare a special dish in the kitchen. We hope you have been able to enjoy our facilities and gastronomy. It would be a pleasure to see you again in the future. Best regards, José García Deputy Manager

Stayed for a week in July 2021. We stayed in a junior suite with pool/sea views which was lovely. The room and separate bathroom was very spacious along with the balcony.

The food is amazing!! We stayed half board and it was really nice with fresh food made to order (meat and seafood). Only negative is that breakfast only starts at 8am and dinner at 7pm.

The pool is also really nice and has a nice deck area around it, though I did not like that each morning guests would run down and 'book' their deck chairs by placing towels on it and then come back in the afternoon to use it! Also the 4* sister hotel guests next door are allowed to use this pool.

The inside pool in the spa area is nothing to boast about though we had a full body massage each which was nice.

The service is excellent and everyone is polite. Covid restrictions are enforced well.

It is odd that guests have to pay a daily charge of €2+ to use the in-room safe in a 5* hotel and there is no kettle or iron in the rooms.

The hotel is a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The beach is long with sand and the sea is calm and warm. There are lots of restaurants and bars on the strip which is catered towards German tourists.

This is an excellent family hotel for its service and location.

Me and my partner stayed in the junior suite, the entire trip was faultless start to finish! The staff were super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to cater for our needs. The hotel itself is beautiful with and incredible pool area, beach views and spa/gym facilities. The room we stayed in was nothing but immaculate and needless to stay that anything we needed was readily available or brought to the room. We had breakfast here every morning and without fail they put on an amazing spread, every day with so much variety. I’m not one to rebook the same hotel but I’ll certainly be coming back to this one.

Me and my wife has been staying at many 5 stars hotels around the Mediterranean and this hotel is up with the very best in our opinion. The staff in every departement is outstanding. We are breakfast lovers and were not disappointed. So many choices of everything and the quality was exceptionell. The same could be said about the buffé dinner where chef Peter made very delicious fish dishes. The pool area was very nice and exceeded my expectations. It is far better than the aerial photos show. We read some worrying comments about being unable to get sunbeds. This was not a problem at all for us. My impression is you will get sunbeds at almost any area if you arrive before 10:30-11:00. We had lunch by the snack bar everyday. Good selection, decent prices and great staff as always. In the afternoon we used to order coffee from the waiters that are circulating the pool area. In the evening there are entertainment available in the Rooftop Bar with a spectacular view of Palma and the sea.
We stayed in a Standard Room which was very good. Good size and comfortable beds. The hotel has a very good location and is only a 10 minutes taxi ride from PMI. There are plenty of supermarkets around of you need anything.
For COVID-19 we felt very secure with the measurements & safety protocol that has been implemented. The cleaning ladys are working hard and are doing a great job.

Negatives? You had to pay for the safetybox. Usually this is free of charge at 5 stars hotels. Maybe the toiletries could have been better but now to be fair it was acceptable.

Overall, this is a very good hotel and we will return in August.
